Extremely impressive service. Excellent communication in the lead up to the day of delivery - polite phone call, email, and text. Then another phone call on the morning of delivery with an ETA. The delivery was on time, my large mirror was carefully brought into my home and unpacked with great consideration to check for damage. NO DAMAGE, NO CRACKS! I've had large mirrors delivered three times by different companies in the past, all of which arrived cracked, so this is a refreshing first crack-free mirror delivery! I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend JBS.

I was given good updates on when to expect my delivery of a large mirror. When Amrit arrived with it, he bought it into the room where I wanted it. He unpacked it carefully and we inspected it. No damage. Really good service.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I recently received from JBS. I had ordered a large, heavy wall mirror from an online retailer and was thoroughly infuriated when the JBS delivery team refused to bring the packaged mirror beyond my hallway.

When I placed my order, the retailer asked for measurements of my stairs and hallway to ensure delivery would be possible directly to my front door. This set the expectation that JBS would bring the mirror inside. However, upon arrival, the team said it was only a "hallway delivery" and they would go no further.

Additionally, the delivery team was dismissive, non-communicative, and unapologetic about the contradictory delivery information from the retailer which set expectations differently.

I cannot recommend JBS.

Nav & Tanveer delivered two mirrors today. They kept me informed of timings and were on time and all packaging was in 1st class condition - so full marks to them.

On the day of delivery the experience was excellent. The driver, Harry, phoned us half an hour ahead of delivery as promised. On arrival he carried the mirror into the house and helped to unpack it so it could be checked. All very efficient.

Great company. Would use again. Contact was efficient to organise a date and time, confirmation given and a phonecall 30 mins before delivery. Pleasant delivery guys
