We had. Large Mirror delivered today.
The two members of JBS staff ( Amrit and Mihai ) who delivered our mirror into our living room were excellent.
The communications from JBS were very good letting us know the anticipated delivery time, then Amrit phoned us 30 minutes before they arrived to confirm the delivery was on time.
We are very impressed with the service we received today,

All arrangements were made correctly, but on the day of delivery, they did not accept to bring the sofas into the room, they said that it might take time to bring them into the room and we don't have time, we might have to open the box, which is not our duty.And I had to hire two workers myself and it only took 5 minutes and they didn't even open the box

Communications with JBS was excellent they kept us informed every step of the way.
Upon delivery the guys were polite and inspected the product in case of damage prior to leaving.

JBS delivered my new mirror this morning. The lads delivered it first thing so able to hang it straight away. They were very polite, asked whether I wished to inspect it prior to them leaving and took all the packaging away with them. Excellent service.

Just had my mirror delivered today, which is beautiful and lovely quality, really pleased. The two man delivery team were so polite and helpful, kept me informed about time of delivery and even took the time to unpack and inspect the mirror with me. Highly recommend, would buy from them again.

Not happy the left my furniture out in the garden , no phone call to say they had arrived no knock at the door, my wife stayed in waiting for delivery today, am at work so we don’t have anyone to help her carry in to house and the weather is frosty not happy and want my delivery fee back as the did not complete the job cowboys if I see they are going to be delivering anything for me in future I will cancel my order.

Part of our road was being re-laid but the 2 delivery men parked as close as they could then carried my heavy mirror the rest of the way. Delivered when they said they would and rang half an hour before to check I was in and update me. Great service, thanks 😊

Absolutely shocking the driver who delivered my item asked my wife for £5 and made her feel very uncomftable no happy at all
