Took mower in to JBs MowerMart in Drysdale for a simple repair. A couple days later was told the mower was ready for collection but the repair I had asked for was not done, instead I was charged for a full service. Once home the mower ran rougher than ever! I took the mower to another mower shop down the road who confirmed mower had no work done and we were ripped off, they then repaired the part I had brought the mower in for originally, free of charge. Will NOT return to JBs MowerMart. and have warned family members.

Received dodgy knockoffs that fell apart and had incorrect threads. Air filter was flimsy with the top cover not even attached. The top of the filter popped off while installing. The oil filters had a dodgy thread and seemed very low quality, didn't bother installing them and was able to source OEM parts for the same price at a local mower shop. Avoid this store if you value your time and equipment...
