While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Cheaters! JCI Talent Search, Walent or Waytotalent

Cheaters!
They hide themselves under different names “JCI Talent Search” (ZALABI HOSPITALITY CONSULTING, WALENT.es or Waytotalent.com) with offices in Spain and US, recruiting for the Caribbean, US and Spain.
I was invited to take part in the last phase of a recruitment process for a Director position in Barcelona.
I took a flight from the Middle East (8,000 Km).
Finally I wasn’t succesfull in the last interview and the company denied to reimburse the costs of the transportation after this last stage. The General Manager or owner of JCI excused himself saying that they don’t reimburse costs for the first interview, and when he realized that it was the last 4th interview literally said that “nobody made you go to the interview” and that “in Europe nobody pays for attending to interviews”. He even threatened me with not being considered in future recruiting processes, he accused me of having had my current company paying the ticket for me and that they will damage my professional reputation for having dared to ask for the reimbursement of the travel costs (I have an email from the General Manager where the client was copied saying all of this).
So if you are a candidate, respect yourself and don’t apply through them because they will cheat on you. You don’t need to pass through unprofessional and insane behaviours. And if you are a client probably you need to hire a professional company, not a cheater.
If you need further information, please don’t hesitate in contact me as I will be very happy to help you avoiding a headache.

Estafadores amenzantes:
