We found the whole experience exciting and pleasant. Being able to explore the motorhomes without being pestered was great, and the discussion and sale were done with no pressure. Prices seemed reasonable compared to the market. We even visited again the next day to take another look while we wait for vehicle preparation and were again treated with helpful advice and smiles.

Found this company really helpful when i needed to find storage for my campervan on the quick.Angela managed to find me a space at a reasonable price with no fuss.Would recommend and will use again.

Massive Thank You to Benjamin and the team at JC Leisure, we hired a 6 Berth Motorhome for Half Term and have been touring all over Northern France with it!

Even before we booked, we popped down to see the team to try and work out what style of motorhome it was that we wanted to rent, and one fo the team spent a good 90 minutes with my family, just talking us through all of the options.

Once we had decided and we booked, Benjamin has been really helpful with everything from giving me all the info i needed before we picked up, to handover and my delivery back this morning to them!

We will certainly be renting another motorhome from them again at some point in the future!

We have just returned from a week in France in our first ever motorhome rental. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Benjamin who was very helpful throughout our induction and upon returning the motorhome. Special mention to Alan who, even though learning the ropes himself, took the time to carefully show us how things worked while Benjamin was finishing up with another customer. This saved us some waiting time and allowed us to get off and catch an earlier ferry. I would recommend this company to others and we will 100% use again in the future.

Having decided on our favoured Motorhome spec, we visited JC Leisure recently. We were helped by Sales Manager and no amount of questions and queries were too much trouble for Paul. Purchasing the right motorhome for your needs can be complex at a detailed level and Paul assisted us with every aspect. We never felt any pressure to buy. We made a p/x arrangement with Paul for our caravan and agreed a lead time for collection
for the Motorhome so that their full preparation process could be completed and some modifications we requested could be fitted. Benjamin and Angela as well as Paul's technical team were also great to deal with and vefy helpful. If you need help chosing the Motorhome for you, try Paul at JC Leisure. He's knows his business and a pleasure to deal with.

We would strongly advise against selling your vehicle with this company. The service, communication and payment have all been completely unsatisfactory, so much so that we have requested to make a formal complaint, which has also failed.
In summary: Paul, the Sales Manager, made no effort to keep us informed at any point of the sales process. No messages left, requesting him to contact us, and there were many, were returned. Once the sale was confirmed we were still not kept informed of when it would be complete, or indeed what we would be paid. We had to call Paul continually to reach him, as he was still not returning our calls. None of the information he then gave us was correct and we could not contact him.
Payment was not received.
We were unable to contact accounts directly as they are outsourced and no number is available, just an email (which we never received a response from).
We were also unable to make a complaint as the Management (above Paul) are also off site and JC Leisure will not provide their information - they took our details and said they would pass it on and we would be contacted. Essentially, not a useful complaint procedure.
We have finally received our payment but it has been a long and difficult path to get here - and so far, still no contact from the JC Leisure Management to address our issues.

J C Leisure in Rye very kindly donated a week's hire as our star prize in the It's a ChaRYEity Knockout Grand Raffle on 3 September. It really helped to raise much needed funds for the Hospital at Rye. The staff were great and very helpful. I can't recommend them enough!

The girls on reception could not of helped me out any more. I damaged my motorhome and was completely distraught. Not only did they source me the very elusive part i needed for repairs but were very helpful and kind with reassuring me and advising me. Nothing seemed too much. I feel like we have now got a good friendly relationship going forward and know i can turn to them for future help and services. Tanya and Lucy saved the day…… cannot be any more grateful as without this part my motorhome could not be fixed…. Thanks again guys. J.C. Lesuire the best in the business.

I purchased a new motorhome from JC Leisure 3 years ago. The customer service and workshop have always been in my opinion excellent who have gone above and beyond thanks Paul. In the near future I intend to purchase again and will be using J C Leisure without hesitation.

I booked my Carthago chic C-line in for a full service & habitation check. I hadn’t used J C Leisure before & was somewhat apprehensive at first because without knowing anything about a company it’s always a gamble!
But I must say from my first call to Matt he was totally professional & reassuring. I arrived with my vehicle on the day & Tanya in service department who was also very helpful & professional. I must say the whole experience & service was perfect & I would recommend highly this company for all your motorhome/ caravan requirements. I will definitely be using this company again.

Bought the van from JC early 2017 and it was the very first van in their storage yard. Since then they have serviced the van, Mot'd it and carried out numerous repairs at a fair price. A good service went up a notch to excellent when they employed Tatiana. Cant praise her enough for her professionalism and promptness to my requests. I live overseas so its vitally important that my van is kept in good shape and in a secure storage area with good communication. 5 stars from me.

We hired a motor home in may it was fantastic new and beautiful clean,Benjamin who help with the booking he went above and beyond in helping me (a surprise birthday present for my husband) he was brilliant a asset to the company Thankyou

Absolutely furious that my brand new Elddis 196 is falling to bits thanks to poor workmanship. Spoke to Elddis who actually hung up on me when I stated their customer service was shocking and they refused to help. JC Liesure have not returned my email after I said I was not happy with the vehicle.

JC Leisure was just the company I was looking for. It was a great experience from start to finish. Angela appreciated my situation and was able to find me the storage I needed. She was not only very helpful but also extremely pleasant in dealing with my request.
I would certainly recommend this company.
