Shady at best...

I placed two orders on August 5th 2020. As of January 2021, I still have not received those items. After trying customer service 50 + times, I did get through and talk to a representative Evita on Oct.1st. I was told buy a follow-up email from her that she received an update from the supplier and my items would be shipped out the following Monday. Needless to say, I have still not received these items. The customer service number no longer allows you to talk to anybody which was almost impossible to get ahold of a rep anyway. I've tried numerous emails but with no response either. Don't waste your time or money with this scam company

Do not purchase anything from JClub.

If it were possible, I would rate this company with zero stars. I placed an order with them on 7/22/20 and as of today (12/30/20), I still have not received my order. Also, I noticed that their website is down and tracking of orders are no longer permitted.

Of course this company charged my credit card right away and in November I requested a full refund. Have not received a refund or any correspondence from this company. It's as if they dropped off the face of the earth.

I filed a claim against this company with the Better Business Bureau, and will try to see if it is possible for my credit card company to get a refund of the charges for me (I doubt that this will work, but it's worth a try).

DO NOT SHOP HERE

Actually, they should rate a zero. Do not ship the items that they collect money for. Do not answer phones. Do not respond to voice mail or email. They have stolen money from so many of us. I have been trying to follow up on an order placed July 27 - not received - not refunded.

Do not expect to receive your order

Received one item of an order. Item was priced at $16.99 and could not have been worth $4. Two months after placing the order, another item still had not been delivered. I inquired, and a customer rep said it was to ship the coming weekend. I sent another email a few weeks ago. They did not respond but did delete me from their marketing emails. I called, and no one picked up the line after more than 15 minutes. I disconnected, which is likely what they wanted.

Do not order from them!

Do not order from them! I ordered and paid for items on July 29, 2020 and on August 10, 2020 and never received them. At one time you could email support. Now you can't do that! The "nice" customer service rep I finally spoke with said vendor was shipping the weekend; several weeks later vendor would be shipping Thursday or Friday. Doubt if I get a refund! Be careful!

They charge you & never deliver.

I ordered an item on August 1st, they charged my account then. I emailed them, several times, with them telling me “it’s shipping this weekend”. This was there response three times. I gave them two weeks between emails and calls. I just emailed again, after being on hold for thirty minutes. It disconnected twice. I emailed asking for a refund, plus interest for tying up my money for so long.

Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with your company I placed an order on 8/29 and have not received it yet. I emailed several times and at first I got responses but now they are ignoring me. I have tried to call and your on hold for 16-24 minutes and then they disconnect you. This is very poor customer service.

Ordered stuff 3 months ago and when asking customer support where items are they keep saying they will ship next Monday. Obviously a generic message cause they reply that every week. Ripoff!! Don't by anything form there. Now they wont even reply to emails.

I ordered a few things and received one…

I ordered a few things and received one of the items pretty quickly but never any of the other items. I contacted costumer service to let them know I had not received my things. They pretty much told me there's nothing they could do since they have so many vendors. So I cancelled the order and got a very small amount in store credit. So I didn't even get a full money back

Don’t waste your time!!

This company is the worst ever I have dealt with. I placed 2 orders one on july 27th and one on July 29, 2020. I was charged for the items right away. I have emailed them several times as to where my order is. Never got 1 response to date. I finally called and was given a date for items to be shipped. That was today, however their site tells me they are awaiting item. It also says my order was approved, get this, tomorrow. Aug. 26, 2020. That’s pretty tricky if you ask me. How do they know it will be approved tomorrow? They don’t even have the items according to them, but they charged me for them a month ago. Don’t aggravate yourself ordering from this company. After reading other reviews, I am now going to cancel order and get a refund. Hopefully refund goes back on card as fast as they took it off. Ordering from China is quicker then Jclub.

I placed an order on 3/29/2020

I placed an order on 3/29/2020. Although they immediately charged me, and failed to give my 20% off, they did not "process" my order for 18 days. Now 3 months after processing the order it has still not shipped. In the time in between they have given me 3 separate ship dates. Each passed without the merchandise being shipped. When I called and spoke with them again today they said it would be the first 2 weeks of next month, just as they have said before. Seems to be the standard lie. The customer service person said it was due to COVID. The item supposedly ships from the United States. I requested a refund this time. They sent me an email acknowledging that I requested a refund. In the email they said that the reason it had not shipped was due to unexpectedly heavy sales volume. Yet another lie. All of this time JClub continues to sell the item on their site. That means that they are taking customer's money with absolutely no intention of shipping the item any time soon IF at all! I will NEVER use this company again. Do not waste your time because NOTHING that they tell you will be the truth.

just awful

just awful! They take your money and string you along for months that they will someday ship your items. Big waste of time. They are blaming covid however they are clearing not shipping anything! Out of 10 items I've ordered nothing shipped. Ultimately I had to contact my bank. Stay away! Don't be fooled by their sales!

Response to inquiries is nonexistent…

Response to inquiries is nonexistent with JClub. I placed several orders and have only received one. It took over a month to approve my payment, The order received was placed on April 28, 2020 and received June 17, 2020. I sent several emails to JClub and did not receive any responses. Apparently one of my orders was canceled. I received credit but no email, warning, or explanation as to why.

Shop somewhere else

Waited over 9 weeks for an item to ship. I was given the runaround in emails to their customer service. They have given me 3 different dates for when my item will get shipped, and those dates always pass without the item being sent. I paid with store credit, which they won't refund to my account, so it's either forfeit the credit or wait until the item ships, if it ever does. I've bought from them before, very cheap merchandise, but usually fast shipping. Waiting more than 2 months is ridiculous. I don't recommend. There are so many other companies to shop with, there's no need to buy from a company that lies about when they ship things out and make customers wait longer than any other online store.
