I agree to pay customs fees. BUT I disagree to pay something that is defective...
I ordered 3 items, 2 of which arrived perfectly functional including another piercing with the same opening system than the defective one (an "Internal Threaded Labret").
While for the Opal Internal Threaded Labret, I could wear it immediately as the opening could be done without forcing; for the 14K Solid Gold Playful Heart Internal Threaded Labret Earring it is impossible to open it which in my opinion is due to a defect in the screw thread. This item costs more than 70$.
They just replied one time saying that no return is not allowed because of hygiene etc... without searching what could be the problem.
It's an arnarque, there is no other word to describe this company.

Just don't. Take my word for it!

Emailed company to let them know the earrings they sent me wouldn’t even fit the earlobes of a toddler. I let them know I just wanted a credit so I could get a pair of earrings that would fit since I understood their no return policy. They immediately stopped answering once I sent my reply with video & *magically* my ability to leave a review through the email link disappeared. I left a review for the other earrings I bought (that were a terrible quality but otherwise as advertised) then it let me write a review for the earrings in question. Hit submit. What do you know? Not a single review showing.

Terrible quality, do not match online images and hoop earrings don’t close shut. The purchase was expensive and then there was an extra unexpected import charge on top. Would not recommend 👎

The earring I ordered was supposed to be the same gauge as the one I current have in my piercing, but it arrived being much bigger and won’t fit my piercing. The gold is also extremely yellow. Super disappointing as i paid a decent amount of money and waited weeks for the package to arrive.

The quality of the earring is horrible. I wish they were as good as their packging. Spent a lot of money + custom charges and I will just throw them in the bin because 1) they just can’t be worn and 2) i cannot refund them.

Worst customer service I've ever ever had. Been sent the wrong product and they are refusing to sort the situation out. I've sent pictures and images etc absolutely bloody awful.

I placed an order for 4 pairs of earrings, totally forgetting to check reviews beforehand. Panic set in big time when I saw the reviews and I thought I'd just wasted a load of money.

I don't think the website makes it clear that this isn't a UK based company and while you might have spent enough to get free shipping, it doesn't necessarily mean you won't have to pay any custom charges.

I emailed them the day after I placed my order to say I'd like to cancel it as I wasn't aware about the potential for the extra customs charges. They responded quickly but informed me their policy was to issue credit notes for approved cancelled orders. Not the most helpful outcome in my situation so I decided to take the risk and go ahead with the order.

Once posted the earrings arrived really quickly (I'd spent enough to get the express delivery) and I haven't had to pay any customs fees. The earrings were really nicely packaged, exactly what I was expecting and I'm really happy with them.

They have some really lovely looking stuff on their website but I'm in two minds as to whether I'd use them again based on their returns/refunds policy and the experience of others.

TERRIBLE! I emailed customer service before purchasing to see if a earring would fit a standard lobe piercing and I was assured that "The earrings with a post length of 6mm and a gauge of 16 are designed to fit various piercing areas, including first hole ear lobes. They are a versatile choice suitable for both earlobes and other piercing areas". When I received the 2 earrings the gauge was much too large for my first lobe piercing. I contact customer service and they said that I could not return due to hygiene concerns. However, I sent a picture of one of the earrings that was in sealed packaging stating that I at least wanted to return the one that hade not been opened (and therefore had no hygiene issues). They responded asking me to remove the earring out of the bag to get a better picture... like they are not following along the thread at all. And this is allegedly the same person responding every time. Terrible customer service will never order again.

Paid $250 for earrings I did not receive. Also had my cc information hacked. Everyone leave comments on their social media accounts. I do know how I was duped

I ordered a set of earrings in late November and received a tracking number soon after. Unfortunately, the package never left Singapore and after an initial answer from customer service they went silent and ignored all my nudges. It's now been over a month and I still haven't received my order.

Sadly I didn't read these reviews before purchasing, and I have lost £140 on unwearable earrings. I am so cross with myself for not checking first. This company is 100% a scam in every way. The products are not as described. You can't even wear them (too small). They make it impossible to return them. They take months to arrive.

Similarly to other reviewers below, I purchased a pair of earrings on 24th of November and have still not received my goods almost a month later!

I contacted the company just to be given the same tracking number with no further updates. I dont expect the goods will ever arrive...

Very-very poor quality, highly overpriced. Product does not match w what you see on the website.

Bought x2 sets of earrings for xmas on the 10th december 2023 , no confirmation of sale . no receipt, and no tracking of order. Emailed company for confirmation and returning email states will reply within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. After 3 working days i am still waiting for a reply as this is a xmas gift. Very poor communications, plus if you order goods YOU have to pay return postage if you need to return for poor quality. I have had no correspondence from this firm since ordereding from the 10th of December 2023. This post is the 20th of December 2023 AVOID!!! this business as you have no confirmation of your purchase, no receipts, and no customer service help if you need it.I have applied for a refund if the goods are not in transit with a tracking order. This company do not reply with the details asked for only to state they have received your email.

Ordered some earrings for a present and as usual said should take 5-7 days. After 3 weeks of waiting I contacted them 5 times, the first 2 I got generic emails with a tracking number-same as on the website and then after that they just didn’t reply anymore and can’t seem to get hold of anyone, so I don’t have my order and no one ever responds. Terrible service.

Crap jewellery, crap customer service. Do not buy!!

I placed a $180 CAD order only to receive the tiniest earrings possible. The Customer Support team told me that I should have more carefully read their item description; the description and sizing were hidden, and the photos that they use for showing the earrings are incredibly misleading. The earrings I got are essentially unwearable unless I shrink my ears by half. I also paid a $35 CAD customs fee to receive these, so I've just lost $200+ CAD on something I can never wear.

I can't speak to the quality of the earrings because I can't wear them, but they are VERY thin (like 18 gauge?) and are much smaller than standard piercing or wearable jewelry.

I bought 2 products, a bracelet which I am happy with..it is as advertised...and an opal labret earring! Where should I start...for the size to be so small in real life compared to what is advertised online is a disgrace and plain sight robbery! Apparently they don't take refund for unopened and unused earrings either....not happy and I will not never buy from them again! I advise anyone to ask for pictures of real life customer purchases which tagged this brand to make an idea before being disappointed..or don't buy it
