Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 49 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the products to be of poor quality, with items breaking, tarnishing, or causing infections shortly after purchase, despite being advertised as genuine gold or high-quality materials. Reviewers frequently mentioned that the jewelry was much smaller than depicted online, leading to disappointment and difficulty in wearing the items. The customer service was widely criticized for being unhelpful, unresponsive, and for refusing refunds or replacements for faulty products, often pushing for store credit instead. Additionally, many people were surprised by unexpected customs charges and import taxes that were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, significantly increasing the overall cost. Conversely, a small portion of people felt satisfied with their purchases, praising the beauty, daintiness, and good quality of the jewelry, with some even noting its durability over extended periods. These customers also appreciated the thoughtful packaging, free gifts, and found the customer service to be prompt and helpful when issues arose.

SCAM !!

Ordered twice from them , both orders added up too €353 . 1 pair did not close correctly and kept falling off resulting in loosing one of them mind you this paid costed €70 . Another earring after wearing it for about a month it lost all its stones . And another pair that I only wore a handful of times just lost a stone as-well .
Poor quality and totally a waste of my money .

I spent months messaging them on instagram and sending emails , they offered % on next order that I obviously won’t be using . I explained that 2 of the earrings where only purchased 2 months prior and since then they have ignored me on all platforms .

They scam and rob you . The customer care is bad !!! Save yourselves some money and buy from a different brand ..

They are scammers

I have ordered 2x earrings worth of…

I have ordered 2x earrings worth of about £200 with what they disclose was free shipping. How surprised I was when I received an invoice from FedEx for almost £55 for the shipping and tax services. Nothing similar has ever happened to me, what a joke! An absolute scam, do not buy from them!!!

Do not buy from them!

I bought two very small earrings that cost me nearly £200 and included what I thought was free shipping. I was under the impression that these were coming from America but in fact they were sent from Singapore! Following receipt of my order I have now received a Duty & Tax Invoice for £55 which shows that the items were marked as costume jewellery on the shipping invoice! This is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not buy from them

I bought this thinking it was free shipping but that a complete lie for an order over £120 GBP.
The jewellery is of very poor quality and hard to even hold to be able to wear and then I have had a invoice from Fed-Ex asking me to pay duty/tax on it. This is just ridiculous!!
Please do not buy from them!!

Poor customer service and earring quality

Earring poor quality, falls out of my ear almost every day. Customer service team refused to provide refund or exchange. After 5 weeks of poor communication they said I could only get a store credit if I paid $30AUD (3/4 of earring cost) to ship it back, and that they have never allowed returns like this.

Shameless scammers

NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM.

They clearly spend all their cash on marketing, and then send you cheap tat straight from Singapore. I ordered baby hoop earrings, when they arrived I was appalled. They did not even close properly, let anyone stay in my ears. When I complained to customer services they requested a video which I sent, showing clear proof they were defective and not as advertised. They then continued to deny this and refused to provide a refund, only offering a discount on another order which I obviously will not be making. Absolutely shocked and furious. This company should not be allowed to operate, even the reviews on their website only show 5* fake reviews. I left a similar review on their website and funnily enough it is nowhere to be seen! I will be reporting them to trading standards and I encourage you to do the same to stop them continuing to scam people out of their hard earned cash.

I ordered a piercing diamond stud

I ordered a piercing diamond stud. Which is screwed in spend over 200€ for an earring and wore it happily for one week. To that point it just fall out and got lost. It’s unacceptable I own and wear a lot of Maria Tash ear stud piercing as well as Djula and it never happened. I am very unhappy and frustrated by the waste of money. I am reaching out to costumer care now as well. Let’s see…. I will give you an update but so far I wouldn’t recommand a purchase.

Shameless Singaporean Shysters

Spend £200 on an item, get a FedEx invoice for £50 a week or two later. J&CO’s website claims the firm can’t indicate what customs fees European customers may be required pay upon receipt of their order. This is patently untrue, given the customs fees are paid on arrival by J&CO’s courier, FedEx, who calculate the amount paid themselves, using a basic formula based on the content and value of the product shipped. J&CO have chosen to not use the free and widely-available ecommerce tools that would enable customers to either prepay customs taxes at checkout or factor future costs into their decison making process. Shameless Singaporean shysters.

Additionally custom fees not clearly…

Additionally custom fees not clearly advertised.
I spend £137 on earrings only to receive an additionally £40 in custom fees a few weeks later! It’s not clearly advertised on website this will happen you have to go looking through terms to find this information. The express delivery is not stared with conditions which I feel it should be as the free delivery is not free when you have to pay for custom fees! Extremely disappointing

Don't waste your money!

This company and its products are absolute junk! I had earrings that rusted within a few weeks of wear, it is not the quality they advertise. They did sent a replacement, but what I received was defective jewelry. Now customer service is no help and is only offering a discount towards a new order! No way should anyone purchase this jewelry. Awful all around. Would rate zero stars if I could!

False listing, bad service & yellow gold

The Mini CZ Threaded Labret in the model pictures isn't accurate - it's not the right earring. It's actually WAY tiny and I wouldn't have purchased it if it was accurate. I contacted them and it was a 'too bad so sad' reply. The gold is extremely yellow. I can't even leave a review on their website? Which explains why everyone has to come on here to leave their negative reviews because they're only showing the good ones.

Read all the one-start reviews before you buy!!

They shipped me an item that is completely diffferent from what I ordered. Their phone is always busy (more likely out of service) and they do not have any chat service so all you can do is email them and hope for the best. I'm going tell my credit card company that I'm contesting the charge and I will not pay unless they send me the right item. If they don't have it, I'll look for it somewhere else. This is a total scam.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I ordered a David Yurman 925 sterling silver box chain necklace and what I got, weeks later, was a plated stainless steel heart shaped piece of junk necklace that bears zero resemblance to what I ordered. This is a total scam right out of China. Stay away!!!
