Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 49 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the products to be of poor quality, with items breaking, tarnishing, or causing infections shortly after purchase, despite being advertised as genuine gold or high-quality materials. Reviewers frequently mentioned that the jewelry was much smaller than depicted online, leading to disappointment and difficulty in wearing the items. The customer service was widely criticized for being unhelpful, unresponsive, and for refusing refunds or replacements for faulty products, often pushing for store credit instead. Additionally, many people were surprised by unexpected customs charges and import taxes that were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, significantly increasing the overall cost. Conversely, a small portion of people felt satisfied with their purchases, praising the beauty, daintiness, and good quality of the jewelry, with some even noting its durability over extended periods. These customers also appreciated the thoughtful packaging, free gifts, and found the customer service to be prompt and helpful when issues arose.

Import taxes to be paid for Europe

Import taxes to be paid if you order from Europe. I will not be accepting the parcel and hope to see my money back ! Damn that I didn't check Trustpilot first to see all the bad reviews. I would not have ordered via this company !!

This is the second time I have used…

This is the second time I have used this brand and both times the products have proved to be faulty and poor quality after very little use. On both occasions stones are fallen out of the earrings. I have written and asked for a replacement but is it is after six months they will not replace. These products are very poor quality for the prices charged.

Its not a scam. Customer service response to my email. But tiny

I received my order today via FedEx, and the delivery was fast, just as expected. However, I was surprised to read many negative comments here after I made my purchase, which made me anxious. The packaging was great, but the earrings were surprisingly tiny, especially the flatback,(piercing) making them hard to insert (since I have long nail) Would I recommend this? Maybe you could try some of their pieces, but I don't think I will make another purchase. This jewelry size seems good to kids and toddler? 😅 price vs the jewelry? Expensive

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! The item is far too small, almost invisible, as if it were made for a doll, not a human. It is so tiny that I can barely hold it with my fingers. It is nothing like what was shown in the picture. Given its size, the price was extremely overpriced, especially considering the additional tax I had to pay, which was nearly 50% of the item's price. Fraud!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. It takes days for them to reply. One earring was defective and after sending video, they denied and said I had to tighten the earring. I had it installed by a professional piercer and it fell out same day. I put it back in twice after falling out 2 more times within 2 days. All other earrings from that order stayed tight.
The installation is very easy so there isn't a chance it wasn't tightened after 3 installations and multiple tightens while in the ear.
Frustrated at their service and customer care.

Poor quality

Poor quality. I ordered these opal huggie earrings, and the opal fell off. And you have to pay custom fees. I will not be buying any more jewelry from this company and neither should you.

I was nervous after reading trustpilot…

I was nervous after reading trustpilot but only good and positive feedback from me. Ordered a diamond piercing earring saturday night, it was delivered Tuesday with FedEx, from Singapore to Denmark - impressing. Beautiful item, nice package.

Don't fall for the cute Instagram post

Don't fall for the cute Instagram post! These earrings are TINY! I was actually nervous that one of the pairs was so small it would get embedded into my hole! I would say I have pretty normal size ears and both piercings are evenly spaced, and there is no way the huggie earrings are staying in. Also, didn't read that you can't return them, which really sucks. I get the hygiene part, but you should build the loss into your business model and offer something for customer satisfaction. 10/10 do not recommend.

I’ve been ordering from them for years…

I’ve been ordering from them for years and the Huggies have always been a scam and always fall out constantly. It’s incredibly frustrating and the hoop earrings don’t ever clamp together shut and I would have one fall out a day so it’s a huge waste of money. It used to be maybe kind of worth it when it was way cheaper, but I just recently visited their websites and those prices are astronomical for the quality you’re getting and the fact that you will probably lose all of them within two weeks!! Incredibly disappointing don’t waste your money!!

Huggies are a con

I ordered a pair of Huggies but daily one or both would fall out! Now one is lost!

I was never told they needed piching together nor I had been told to put the backs on them?. The model in the advert does not do any of that!
Disappointed as no after market customer service.

Rubbish please do not buy from them!

Just very expensive

Some of them were good, some looked cheap, shipping usually took 5 days. Overall too expensive but I didn't get scammed like other reviewers

I guess this place is a scam

I guess this place is a scam regardless of their slick marketing. My order confirmation said I should expect delivery in 1-2 weeks. However, the tracking number I got from "Singapore Post" revealed that my (correct) home address was "invalid" so I never received my order. I went back and forth with the company to get a refund and they said it was their policy to wait 6 weeks! And, she said, maybe they'd try to deliver it again or maybe they'd give me a store credit instead. I contacted the credit card company and had the charge reversed.
