I ordered from J&CO Jewellery and selected the “free shipping via FedEx” option. I was later hit with a £105 duty and tax bill, which had never been clearly disclosed. After multiple attempts to con... See more

Tiny and only get one single earring
Tiny and only get one single earring, cost £50 for what I thought was 2 sets of flat back studs, took weeks to arrive and received after Christmas, packaged lovely but opened up to the smallest single stud in each package, tiny and only 1 item which is no use to anyone, very upset as so expensive for what was received
Shit comes from China
Shit comes from China. Takes almost a month to get to you. Poor everything for the price and sooo not worth it!
Not worth the money
I ordered some jewelry last year and the packaging was very nice, received the order within 10 days, so I was thrilled to open it. The earing was not what I ordered, it's not worth the money, I had a discount code for 20% off and had to pay my VAT on the price without a discount. I was pissed.. Next day send them an email with the issues and they replied very quickly, but their solution was bs. They offered me some storecredit and I had to spend it within 7 days. They guys who was helping me was very helpful, but the company is just a scam.. Don't buy there!
HORRIBLE
I wish I had checked out the reviews before ordering. I ordered on Nov 21st and as per the checkout shipment details the order is to be received in 1-2 weeks. It has been more than a month now. I tried contacting them countless times and NO ONE got back to me, I haven't even received a shipment confirmation or tracking number. Whats ironic as well on their enquiry page they claim they would get back to you within 48 hours - which they never did. Horrible experience, I hope I get my money back atleast.
Not very good..
I was scared after reading the reviews here on Trustpilot abd it turns out they were right. The jewelry "24 karat gold" turned black after a year. Also, as everyone else mentioned, I was hit with a surprise import fee of 70$ about a month after my delivery from FedEX..
Company only let's you leave a review if it is 5 stars and you recommend the product
The huggies earrings I got were not for sensitive skin AT ALL. I tried leaving the company a 1 star review because the earrings were terrible and not at all what I ordered. The page doesn't load unless you leave 5 stars and mark that you recommend the product. Hopefully someone sees my negative review even though it has 5 stars!
TERRIBLE COMPANY
All I can say is wow....wow what a horrible company. I ordered an item during the sites black Friday sale and paid for normal shipping which stated my product would arrive in 6-12 days. That time frame comes and goes with no delivery or update on my item. Reached out to the company that said due to the Canada Post strike (I live in Canada) they cannot deliver my item as this time unless I pay an additional $10US for express shipping or I could cancel my order....I told them that this should have been listed on the site ahead of time like all other sites have been doing and that the customer service was not good as I never would have been told any of this had I not reached out in the first place. The solution for them was to cancel my order though I never said too and they gave me a 5% discount on my next order. Which basically gives me $1.25 off my order if I tried to order again. This is an insult to over 5% after all this. Needless to say this company is horrible, not transparent and I will absolutely NEVER try and order from them again.
Absolutely shocking, overpriced and no Hallmarks
Absolutely shocking. The products are overpriced and I have not found one hallmark on any of the items I ordered. Since received a FedEx charge to the UK of £40 even though the site I was ordering from said the UK and it said free shippping over £97.
I have complained about the products and the shipping charge and all I had as a response was regarding the shipping and ignored the complaint about their products.
A scam!
I have found similar products for £10 when I have paid £40. All day you get certain things (such as flat backed earring backs) and all you receive is the normal butterfly ones.
All a con!
I am so cross I didn’t look in here first but at least I can warn others.
To compare, look at Silver Rain on Not on the High Street who have been amazing.
Stay away from this over priced…
Stay away from this over priced crap. You need a magnifying glass to se the darn stuff. Not sure of quality. They will not take items back. So,I learned a valuable lesson, check out references of the product. And you only get on earring for the price of 75 bucks, not 2,1! Just overpriced and crap! Will NOT be ordering from them again!!
Delivery takes so long
Delivery takes so long.
Purchased in Nov 27, but until now it is still in Singpore.
Just buy somewhere else
i am giving it 3 stars as the delivery…
i am giving it 3 stars as the delivery wasn't too long to wait, however the quality of the jewellery is quite cheaply made and it looks cheap too and it was not cheap to buy so i am very disappointed especially as its a gift for Christmas, i doubt the bracelet will last long, if only i had read the reviews first i would never have bought from this company.
First and last time I’ll order…
First and last time I’ll order something there. I sent a mail to let them know one of the earring’s stud was damaged. They asked for proofs, I sent them a clear picture. Then they ask for a video? Are you guys serious, was the picture not enough? I spent +100€ on my order and you don’t believe me for a simple damaged stud?
Then months later I just received a FedEx letter telling me to pay +50€ for the shipping, I absolutely had no idea about this??
It’s a big scam, don’t waste your time and money
Ne commandez pas chez eux, c’est de l’arnaque!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Such a scam. I bought two bracelets and after a month one got faulty. Contacted them and it was solved. A few months after the same thing happens to the second bracelet. As I have the experience of the same bracelet it’s obvious that the faulty is due the poor quality. After contacting the company the answer is: after 6 months we can’t do anything. And after they just stop answering the emails and ignore. Which means 33£ in the bin. Scam. Disgusting behavior and client support is zero
WORST SERVICE! Don’t buy
I loved the earring I received, I ordered a 14K gold earring. But the closure was faulty within 1 hour. JCO won’t do anything about it, such BAD SERVICE!!!
And on top, I now need to pay import fees for nothing as the earring fell out due to the bad closure. DONT SHOP!
Junk shop
Junk shop! "Diamond" earrings in a plastic bag, without certificate of authenticity. It looks so cheap. The order cannot be canceled (even a few hours after the order). DON'T BELIEVE THEM!!!
All right for the price
I mean for the price you pay - it's all right. The jewelry isn't of highest quality but I like the broad selection
Jewellery from J and Co Singapore scam
I have just been scammed by j and co jewellery and have received an invoice from fedex for £55 . Please please do not use this company as it’s cheap goods and with high duties. These goods are high priced with duties. Trading standards should investigate them.
Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. Huge import taxes to UK (which isn’t obvious even though they say it is) & when stones fall out of earrings (not cheap @ £140) , they don’t want to provide a solution. Terrible customer service. Total RIP OFF 🤬🤬
Poor quality and even poorer customer…
Poor quality and even poorer customer service. A flat back earring I purchased broke within a week or so of it arriving. The jewels broke off the screw in head, leaving me unable to remove the earring. I couldn’t find the broken part as it fell off while I was out. It eventually tore through the piercing, before I could get to a professional piercer to remove it.
The company denied it was theirs because they couldn’t identify it without the broken part and kept asking for videos. I had provided them with two photos.
Countless emails later, no refund, offered a store credit then vanished.
Although they did send me a generic emails saying ‘we’re still here for you, Jewel’ 🙄
Omg the customer service is disgraceful…
Omg the customer service is disgraceful and the earrings are so small u can’t get them in so very deceiving i wish i read reviews first
