I recommend anyone in the UK to buy from JCPC Customs who is in need of a PC, Extremely professional service, Jack who built my PC was there with every step of the way, Anwsering all my questions about the PC and the hardware he was using and advice for setup. For a small business this is outstanding service and I could not be happier. If you buy from JCPC Customs I can guarantee you have made the right choice.

Couldn’t recommend enough, you won’t find more competitive prices with competitors, the builds are clean and highly professional. Set up guide is handy and makes everything straight forward if you aren’t too familiar with setting up new systems. Prior to purchasing Jack was also happy to answer any questions so I always knew when I was ready to purchase it would be from him.

From minute one Jack was very knowledgeable, kind and easy going. He always answered the questions i had in good time. The delivery was spot on, i work 11 - 6 and i got my PC today around 9AM. Safe to say i am thrilled with how good this delivery came out.

The PC itself is outstanding. I went for an all White build to match my PS5 setup and it looks CLEAN. It was secured really well in the packaging it came in, the instructions were clear and i had it running in minutes. The parts are all brand new, and it came with all the boxes for the parts used which i am very pleased about.

All round quality from this place. The prices are really good, from the Ready To Go options and Custom Spec Request, everything is done right.

Thank you to Jack at JCPC, had my pc built this weekend, even though I was a couple of components short, they had them in stock & still had my build done on time. Jack kept me updated throughout the process which was fantastic. His knowledge is second to none, well worth the 3hr round trip for the service I received.. highly recommend JCPC to anyone who is after a pc.

Contacted Jack on Good Friday, in mourning for my dead computer. New computer bought from his ready to go PCs. Extra disk drive installed that day and item shipped the next day. Arrived safely immediately after the Bank Holiday weekend.

After a really bad experience with Dell and my Alienware PC I needed to find someone who I could put my trust in and deliver a great new PC with some specs to handle all of the stuff I use it for.

From the beginning to the end I had a really great experience, was kept fully up to date with all things happening and given some great advice all round.

I had an issue with my initial payment and it was resolved with no questions asked and everything sorted out very quickly.

The PC is now in its forever home sitting beautifully and running wonderful and I could not be more happy with the results.

I would highly recommend JCPC Customs. I needed a new computer for work, and I was recommended this company by a friend who has used them in the past. Right from start to finish, they have been extremely helpful and professional. Even after I set up the computer, I needed a bit of advice on something online that JCPC didn't need to help with, but did anyways and were happy to help. The after help is also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a new computer.

Phoned these guys ON THE DAY looking for one of their entry-level gaming pre-builds as I could pick up (a Sunday too!). The machine was for my daughter and looked immaculate out of the box. All the boxes for the all-new components were there with a set-up guide from JCPC that was excellent. The PC runs like a dream and there were no hitches, no difficulties, no passwords needed, and no dodgy loose connections. I wanted to use a smaller local business not only for better value - and my goodness, you certainly get better vfm with these guys- but to keep it all local. I will deffo buy/upgrade from them again for the faster machines my kids will be needing down the line!
