So after my son tried building his own pc and hit a slight glitch, JCPC stepped in to put us right. Super fast attention to detail and all resolved within a couple of hours, and on a weekend! First time buyer of a PC here and I couldn’t be more thankful to Jack who responded very quickly to my inquisition. Definitely recommend his services. He’s very efficient, honest and knowledgeable from day 1, gave me lots of options to choose from with his personal suggestions too. This was very useful for me since I have a very limited knowledge about these stuff. Also, he’s not one of those people who gives ‘one liner’ answer to your questions! He 100% explains everything and that certainly made me comfortable in making business w/ him. Also, the PC was built 4 days early than originally planned! Thanks Jack and good luck in the future!

I had a massively positive experience from start to finish with Jack at JCPC. He was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the parts and reasoning behind using them. From booking the pick up slot to the set up guid, it was all Professionally done.

I First contacted JCPC As I was looking for a custom gaming pc and wanting to know what I could get around my budget , jack was very friendly and helpfully guided me through the parts he thought would be best and why , answered all of my questions and gave me an insight into why I was buying these parts and not alternate ones with a friendly messenger voice message , It was very helpful and definitely helped me decide on the pc parts , I then decided to pick one of jacks ready-to-go pcs that was almost the same spec as the built we had discussed . Within a few hours We Arranged A suitable time to Safely Pick-Up the PC with all Covid measures in place . PC Quality is amazing , built and cable-managed to a very high standard with well selected components and performs amazingly , outstandingly high standard compared to some companies that charge up to hundreds of pounds extra for poor quality PCS .

I would definitely recommend JCPC to anyone looking for a high standard gaming PC , very kind and friendly customer service and great products , I will be definitely be sticking with JCPC for my PC needs for a long time to come .

My son had asked Santa for a pc, even though I’m quite techie I didn’t know where to start. I looked at the big retailers but again couldn’t get the I formation I needed.

I contact Jack through his Facebook site and he messaged back within 10 minutes and this high level of communication was evident throughout the whole process. I explained what I was looking for a pc that could be upgraded but was capable from the start Jack came back with a quote and a audio breakdown of why he had chosen to use the parts he picked which was a stroke of genius for me.

I have since collected and set up the pc and it’s quite the powerhouse and my son is over the moon, I understand that margins in Jack’s line of work are slim so reviews and word of mouth is how his business works and I for sure will be recommending his service to anyone looking to build a pc

I bought a pre-built gaming PC from JCPC and I couldn't be happier. I started by looking into the larger online retailers before using JCPC but the value for money and the time frames they offered wasn't good for me.

Jacks very professional and offers great value for money. Jack explained everything clearly so a laymen like myself could understand and gave me a handy pdf. of good computer practices to help set up and look after my new PC. A really nice touch I thought.

I will be recommending them to friends and family without a doubt! 10/10

I happened to see Jack's ad on Facebook marketplace and that's how I found JCPC. He was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish, and the PC was absolutely worth the wait!

He offered me the perfect configuration for my budget and requirements, and he communicated clearly and transparently about why he chose the components/parts he did; he also provided periodic updates while building it and obtaining said parts. I asked for a graphics card that had to be pre-ordered and he sent me updates about his pre-order queue position - that's communication I really appreciated! He also delivered the PC to my doorstep. Absolutely awesome work all round.

I was looking for a gaming PC for my son, and was searching the major UK PC builders and decided to check Trustpilot for their reviews, and 4 out of 5 companies had truly terrible feedback.

So I resorted to searching around locally. I happened to be looking on Facebook of all places for a company local to Swansea to build one for me.

I stumbled across JCPC and took a look at their Facebook page and quite liked what I was seeing. So decided to drop Jack a short message, thinking this probably wouldn’t get me any further in my search, We exchanged a few messages regarding what I was looking for and my budget. In all honesty, I have been out of the PC game since about 2005, since going over to Mac, and the last Windows I’d used was XP. I had an idea of what I was looking for but not an exact spec as I wasn’t sure what was compatible with what.

Jack took my rough spec, and offered me a few choices at different price points roughly around my budget, but what clinched the sale, was that Jack sent me a voicemail explaining exactly why I should buy this component, to go with that one, and that this component will work great with that motherboard, and so on. I found it extremely helpful indeed, and took the pain away from me agonising over what spec I would need, he also explained it would be better to go with the slightly higher spec that I chose as it is easily upgradable in the future. I didn’t want to be left with a lump of metal in a couple of years time which would be fit for the skip when the next generation of games become available and it would be too slow to play them.

So, I paid Jack the deposit for my build, and 7 days or so later it was built. I went to his house for a demo on how it all works and had a very informative welcome pack with it. It even told me how many spaces are left for extra RAM, and HDD’s, should I ever need to fit them.

All in all it was great having JCPC build a gaming computer for my son, it has RGB flashing and glowing RAM and Fans, my son is truly over the moon with it.

I went to JCPC as I have been out of the PC building game for a number of years and I needed something that would suit my needs at a modest budget and with a quick turnaround. Right off the bat, Jack has demonstrated vast knowledge and experience in PC building. For me, the service provided was exactly what I needed. I didn’t want to risk building the computer myself and breaking an expensive part but I wanted to talk about my requirements with someone who knew what they were talking about. I approached Jack with a 4k max spending allowance and within 30 minutes he’d come back with 3 separate build ideas, accompanied with a very helpful and informative voice note explaining why he has made the choices for each individual part.

My order was placed and within a week it was ready to be collected, all this being with parts being delivered from the US too!

Payment was easy to make and you have multiple choices too, even paying in person! If paying online is something you’re not comfortable doing this is very handy.

Such amazing service, the whole journey with JCPC was smooth, quick and incredible value for money. My autistic son needed a new gaming PC, and Jack took the time to listen to him, and explain in a very sympathetic way to my sons needs exactly what he was doing, and what my son could expect. The PC was ready in less than a week from ordering.
