Worst online retail company!!

Worst online retail company!!!

I’ve been trying to purchase a pair of shoes for hours now!

It’s not working on the phone, keeps loading when wanting to go to the basket. Why? There’s no issue with the internet as everything else works.

When I go off wifi, it’s not letting me out in the pick up location/post code. It says it doesn’t exist ?!

When I tried using my laptop, it blocked me from the webpage! I went back to the phone, and I’m blocked there too!
Unless I turn off the WiFi, it’s not working but again I can’t type in the postcode so what do I do?!

There a pair of shoes that only JD has in that colour. Can’t buy them anywhere else. This is so frustrating! There’s always an issue with JD website, always!

Last year I tried to buy something…

Last year I tried to buy something online with
JD Sports and gave up as payment failing to go through and vowed never to bother again.
Daughter asked me to buy something off the site for her son today .
Absolutely same issue today ( stupid circle just going round and round and no update one way or other .
So - wide birth everyone sports direct/ adidas / puma /asos / Nike
All easy -
JDSports - I’m being very nice by just saying avoid as it’s a head …. moment
