I would like to say that I am on my 4th…

I would like to say that I am on my 4th vehicle with this company and I have never had a problem with them they tell you upfront what you're going to pay and you don't have to sign anything if you don't like it but I will say that I am a woman and don't always know what is under warranty and believe me they always do tell me your payment includes cheaper Mechanical bills 3 years of warranty a new car purchase don't give you that and my mechanics could not be better or more honest if you signed paperwork then you did do not change your mind months down the road because you don't have enough money and No you are not going to sue them because you are under a contract so please get over yourself

If I can give a zero I would

If I can give a zero I would . This place claims they are there to help you umm no just to line their pockets and charge you 3 times what the car is worth !!! I won’t go to much in detail because I am planning on a law suit !! I would not ever do it short term sounds good till those car repairs come in plus your regular payment !!! I heard them threaten someone’s pay check ! No need to be harassed especially paying 3 times plus a RIDICULOUS intrest rate I might add!!

At 1st I thought this was a good…

At 1st I thought this was a good company. Our credit was bad no fault of our own. I believe the guy that sold us the 2006 Hyundai Tuscon was a good person but we were shocked that's a $9000 car almost instantly became a $14000 car. We needed a 2nd car ad my husband is an over the road driver and never home and I needed a car to cart the children around so we had no choice.

Car was purchased November 2018. We have literally had it in their service department almost immediately. Come to find out that Hyundais are well known for electrical problems: 3x visited for that issue alone.

When it got hot, we found the air conditioning was messed up. At 1st they order to part to fix it. Only to discover that it was just something had been clogged. They didn't charge me for the part but still don't you people check your vehicles before you sell them? That took 2 more visits.

There been at least 2 other issues in there as well so a total of 7 visits to their service department in the year that I've owned this vehicle.

The kick to the teeth is yes... if you wanna keep everything above board with your warranty and such you take it to their service department for the repairs... of course they offer discounts on their services. ( It helps soften the blow after your furious they had your car for 4 or 5 days And you're really angry about that.)

But here's were you really pay the price for this… if your car breaks down is undrivable (as mine had been so a times) and my insurance company tows and up there, because you don't have an appointment you can be without your vehicle for days. One of these visits they had my car for a week.

They never return your calls if you leave a voice mail and when you do call the service department it rings and rings and rings. It doesn't help to call the Sales department to speak somebody there because they just transfer you to the service department.

Currently I need to get the brakes fixed. The rotors and very warped at this point and the brakes themselves are starting to make a screeching noise and slip. I personally don't want to die in a wreck but I have called them 3 times with no response.

I am about ready to just ask my brother-in-law if he would replace the brakes. This is unsafe.

Oh, and for what it's worth I also need a new muffler..

I do drive a lot this is true, but this stuff is happening should be happening yet.

That is my rant for today. If I was to rant about CNAC and paying bi weekly that would be a whole other text.

Don't do it!

Don't do it!! They will sell you a good looking car that will have engine failure within 35k miles of having it, then blame it on you for not maintaining it through them. "thats why we give discounts" They think they are giving you a great deal on the repair costs and give you back your car that you have to continue paying for with body damage and "zip ties" holding it together and NOT SAY A THING. When you report it to the main supervisor Jim at Lou Bacrodt, his response is to hang up on you before you are able to tell him anything other than the body damage is reported to your insurance. So not only is there a mechanical repair bill to be paid they refuse to take responsibility for their actions and are blaming the tow company that was through State Farm. Also within an hour of them returning my car the 'check engine' light is right back on and Tim's excuse was that it wasn't running when it came in so there was no way to check it, ummm...I reported the check engine light before it was brought into them!! (Just ask Samantha because she confirmed it when they received the car) seriously? did they test their work? Did they even do what they are charging me for?? I would not send my worst enemy to them for anything!!! I have faith that State Farm will get to the bottom of this for sure

Please do not buy from JD Byrider/CNAC

Please do not buy from JD Byrider/CNAC. You get an "ok" vehicle with many underlying issues that they do not fix or even let you know. Maintenance department is slow! Most of your payment goes to a finance charge. I called to make a payment to my principal only and see that it was still split between my principal and finance charge. You have maybe one nice person you work with but overall it's not worth it. Go elsewhere please. This company ruined my life, drove me deeper into depression and thoughts of suicide. Please stay away from them.

I would not give it one star how ever…

I would not give it one star how ever must place one to just write about this company. I got a car from the place in St. Cloud.. and they are refusing to take my payment... I have never missed a payment at all.. don’t ever buy from this place it is not worth it there are far better places out there to get a better car... I learned that the hard way. They harass you every time your payment day comes.. they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. They lie to your face. Don’t be fooled by the act they put on in the beginning. And most of their cars are way over priced. Considering they buy them from actions so do your research before buying, and don’t let them suck u into anything.. no matter how desperate you are

So far so good other than the fact that…

So far so good other than the fact that I am paying 20,000 dollars for a car thAt blue books for like 6,000 bucks and is a 2014 model, they did not hit me with the numbers until last min by then I was so hyped about getting a really nice car that I’d agree to anything, so I agreed to to pay 20 grand and now I’m 5 months into it and I regret it so much these payment are so tough to keep up with especially me being a roofer and with the weather not on my side not counting having to pay 500 a month for insurance, I’ve realized I could have got approved at a different dealership with a newer car paying what I am paying now I guess I’m screwed now for the next 4 years, my advice to anyone thing of going to is byrider... think twice before you agree to those big number really think about what your getting yourself into because in the long run it’s not worth it my car is at 114 thousand miles on it right now I’m gonna be out 30 thousand in 5 years doing repairs or w.e may happend

Don't buy from JD Byrider car finance and Service Department

11/03/2018

I'm writing this review on the whole JD byriders, Car company finance program because it's not a good car finance program to help someone buildup credit score.

I am currently in the program since 11/2018 going through the finance program and having miss one payments or late with a payment but JD Byrider will make you miss a payment.

When using there unprofessional car service department car is not fix and they will lie about fixing your car but after leaving the shop you findout.

Now you will have to go back and come out of your pocket every time just to fix the same problem. Those professionals will keep giving that problem another name and take your hard earned money from you.

JD byriders, is the kind of company take advantage of the person who making there payments on time to the bank
because they know that person seriously trying to fix their credit. Please believe me.

If you are serious about you bring your credit credit score up go another way because I have not been late with one payment and been fixing this car since financing it on 11/2018.

However the one time using the service department it suck I could not rely on them to fix my car that is finance way to high for the year.

But the only thing they did is take my money and lie each time about fixing my car that was finance way too high for that year.

Don't finance through JD Byrider, save your money its not worth it catch a Uber or a bus until you finish saving up money for a new car..

There is more but I have but I'm going to stop for now but. I am very surprised that this company have not gotten sued yet for the kind of business practice that go on there in 2019

Prepare to get effed in the A

The car initially was well mechanically. Then the alternator went out. Not to much to replace and not covered by the warranty so I replaced it. Then unfortunately fell behind and had it repossessed. After paying six hundred dollars and having it in the shop for now a week I'm at my wits end. I reclaimed the vehicle and got it an hour and a half away from the pick up location just for it to stop working as soon as I turn it off. They keep insinuating that it is no ones fault and that these things happen. There is no way that I could be held responsible for this as I maintenanced the vehicle properly and kept it well withing working condition and even maintenance checks when nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Overall they have been unwilling to budge. I will post another review on what the following actions resulted in. If necessary I will sue/file bankruptcy but it's one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with. -5/10

Honestly I had heard a lot of bad…

Honestly I had heard a lot of bad things about jdbyrider so that was the last place I thought I would of ended up at, but from the moment I walked in everyone was exceptionally helpful and they all bent over backwards to accommodate me, 1 week in and my water pump went, they took care of everything including a rental from Enterprise... I highly recommend them if your in the market for a used car.

File a Chapter 13!!!!

I will say, they sold me a great reliable car,Honda Civic, the condition was Average with below standard body work done to it. Mechanically well at the end of the day.

The Nightmare is After you buy the car! Cnac, and as much as they want to pretend they are a separate company. We all know they are the same people. They will constantly blow up your phone, references and emergency contacts being one day late, but hey Dont worry you'll get about 3 or 4 payment reminders the day its due, you will always know when your payment is due!!

We even asked this place to remove a reference off our list and replace it with a new one , they said they would but nope! they kept calling my grandmother to reminder her about a car payment while shes taking my grandpa to his Dr. appointments for his cancer.

Also dont EVER change jobs! that is not allowed!, I quit my job, they were so willing and ready to repo my car because i changed jobs.

My advice if this is a last resort. TAKE IT, But please file a chapter 13 bankruptcy, you will keep the car locked in a bankruptcy at 7% interest rate and have fully repaired credit to never ever have to deal with a place like this again! I did, No more calls, No more payment Reminders. No more Stress!!!!!!

jd byrider has left me stranded…

jd byrider has left me stranded multiple times . They have a warranty to fix the car yet they dont actually fix they mask the issue . I'm a single mother who has now been left stranded on the side of the road multiple times and they claim to have fixed the issue and instead of trading the car in they take the car "fix it" and then it breaks down same issue weeks later leaving you stranded . I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all go to a buy here pay here as I am currently on the side of the road stranded 4 days missed work so far and I only have owned the vechile for 4 months now !

THEY WILL DESTROY YOU!!!

I purchased a used truck from them in St.Cloud,,MN they don't disclose pricing on anything until you are ready to purchase.they are definitely overpriced but with poor credit that is to be expected.after a year plus of ownership I had a medical situation that kept me from working for awhile. I called and asked if they could do anything to help my situation. Even though I was current with my payments and was never even late they told me to make my payments or they would repo my truck and come after me for the balance owed.they threatened to seize Bank accounts garnish my wages and anything else that they could get away with.filed intent to repo in less than a week. they don't care what happens to you they want their money. I have to file bankruptcy to end this nightmare.STAY AWAY FROM BYRIDER IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

Secret pricing

Secret pricing, deceptive practices. Will charge you double for what the car book value.. look around no prices, year or mileage listed... Buyers beware. I mean nice people but what is usually to good to be true usually is. How you tell me bring $500 for a down payment then tell me you need $2400. Troy, Pedro nice people but bad practice. If you were honest about the pricing it wouldn't have taken 5 visits. Could have saved all of us time. No way I was paying $13999 for an 11 year old Hyundai with 125k miles when book value for the car is $7000. This is predatory and wrong to take advantage of those that need some help due to credit issues. I have learned to never let anyone run my credit for a vehicle without knowing what I'm paying for it. NEVER.
