This is the worst place in the world to…

This is the worst place in the world to buy a car from. They would not give me a carfax report and gave me a car in default and added me as the pass due customer and the vehicle is valued at $3,300 and have charged me $9,000 for it. Well above the 18%. Why are these scams allowed under Florida usury law. When I asked for a copy of the contract, which was never given to me, the email had such dangerous malicious Spyware that it would complete destroyed my cellphone and computer. STAY AWAY FROM ALL JB BYRIDER IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! I give a "0" rating for this business.

Will never buy again from Jdbyrider of…

Will never buy again from Jdbyrider of Kalamazoo Michigan (Westnedge) I’ve had the best costumer service when it comes to paying for for car, of course, But office people are nice to work with. I’ll give the office people 4 stars! Like Marcus he is in Sales great guy so helpful and honest! Dave he takes sides to easily doesn’t help to much.

When it comes to the mechanical part of of the service department is terrible, I bought my car in May of 2020 and I have had nothing but problems. Within the first two months of having the car it was in the shop I do believe at least twice. Nothing was accomplished Every time it went in everything I asked Chris to look into specific things he never did what I asked. Chris works for himself only does what he feels is necessary so by me saying Chris does everything to kiss the company’s butt to get himself higher and save the company money. We started having problems in end of July and realized that the car was loosing oil somewhere when u checked the oil dipstick there was no oil so it wasn’t a good sign. We contacted Chris and told him what was happening and made an appointment to get it in once we finally got it into the shop they looked it over and I never got a return phone call regarding that situation until at least a week. Chris said the motor is bad and they ordering a new/used motor and they would be swapping it out but due to covid they weren’t sure just how long it would take before they had everything they needed to complete the job. Chris mentioned it could take up to a week before receiving the motor. At that time we understood and let it go. Weeks had past no call to keep us informed we always had to call Chris everytime. By this time everything was always something on why he was taking so long. After a point it become ridiculous. Chris is full of crap and has no understanding how to talk to customers and properly explain situations or Chris only tells u what you wanna hear! By this time it had been over a month and they ended up pulling out the current motor tearing it down from top down to replace what was needed to get the oil back in the correct part of the engine. Never put or had any intention on putting a different motor in the first place. During the time they were pulling the current motor out they severely damaged the front end of my car not putting anything back or replacing parts they broke. Nope once they called me after a month and half of having my car telling me oh we want to give u a complete detailing, my car had been gone for over a month I couldn’t afford to have it for any longer. So They lied and all they did was caused severe damage to the front of my car bumper was cracked in 4 spots and the air pieces were cracked and not reattached, everything was just hanging like the battery box that hold fuses and such yes just hanging. But yet they called us to tell us the the car was ready to be picked up. when we got the car back. I knew right away that they lied about replacing the motor due to it did the same exact same when I pulled it off the lot in May. Thought the hole waiting game that has us truly believing they changed out the motor. But No! (Chris lied) Oh I’m not done yet, I had two other issues on this car that I talked with Chris several times about this problem. At this point my car has been in the shop 4/5 times by now. When I first got the car in May 2020 I had realized then my tire sensor light was coming on and off religiously. Never one time has this issue been addressed. And it’s pretty simple to fix again Chris doesn’t want to do anything the customers need him to do it’s all about him. And last but not least my idle on my car drops considerably everytime u are approaching a stop light, sign if u didn’t know the car you would think it was goin to stall out. Mentioned that to Chris many times and again his favorite words keep an eye if it gets worse let me know. Two minor repairs and the first thing Chris says to my husband while making an appointment well it’s gonna cost 100 to fix the tire sensor and I’ll look into the idle issue.
Well I’m done I will not take my car back to him!! Best of luck to all others who think goin to Jdbyrider is a great idea!!! Chris need to find another career in stocking shelves! He is useless. We have an appointment on January 21st at 9am well I’m not taking it in. I’m done dealing with a moron.

Nightmare

Nightmare, run as fast as you can. I will never ever again purchase from them. Cars are old, over priced, high mileage! The first 3 months I lived at J D Byriders. Always some kind of issue! I've had it for 4 years sunk 5000.00 into. They sell garbage vehicles because people have bad credit or not alot of money. They should be shut down. Try drive time their better quality cars, a little more on payments but not junk cars!!!😡

The general manager Josh Flaminio

The general manager Josh Flaminio at the Denver, CO location thinks acceptable to not pay a mother her last week’s paycheck from working in the sales department. He thinks it’s acceptable to pay her $0 for a full week of work. The sales guys are wonderful but Josh won’t let them sell you a car unless you have a minimum of $500-$1000 down or good credit. So, don’t believe the corporate’s advertising of $199 down, because Josh terminated that. Josh won’t treat you, or anyone else fairly. So beware.

My experience wasn't all bad

My experience wasn't all bad, but mostly bad. I bought 3 cars through them. My last 2 the mechanic was sabotaging my vehicle. He has been there for 10 years, so they would never believe me. He got mad at me cause I told a friend that was having trouble with his pcm that they will get a part from a spare vehicle. The friend took it as they take stuff off his car and put it on someone else's. He went and told the mechanic i said that. When I came into the shop the mechanic got in my face and said we don't take parts off of others cars we have junk cars outback. I just said ok. My 3rd car I took in for an oxygen sensor and came out with my engine over heating. I think he took my heater core and gave me a bad one. Later i had to pay 700 to get a new heater core. My car before that he tightened the neck on my radiator too tight and cracked it. Claimed one day he could see it leaking. Noway I had been putting cardboard under it for weeks. He knew what he did and since I gave the car to my husband he wanted to fix what he did. I'm not saying all jd byrider's are bad, but this one in Wv is!

I bought my car in September 2019 and around November I had issues with my thermostat took it to the shop payed $25 for them to look at it and they said they the thermostat housing needed to be replaced so they said they did it well I’ve had on going issues with the same thing so they changed the radiator hose then came back again in February for the same reason they just added coolant here we are in the middle of August and I look back on my old paperwork comes to find out they never change the thermostat like they said I feel if they didn’t know what they were doing they should have just said that and don’t lie about fixing something they didn’t fix due to the pandemic they can’t see or even fix my car till the 20th mind you my check engine light has came on I feel if I pay 400 almost $500 a month my car should be fixed or should have been fixed before the pandemic

Worst experience ever with car buying

Worst experience ever with car buying. Bought a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse and only had it 2 weeks before the engine locked up. They have had the car for over 3 weeks but demands payment. They do not offer loaner cars or rental insurance. If it was a simple repair then I would understand but not a new motor and no car for 3 weeks and I still have to get to work. Never again will I buy anything here.

Move on to a better place!!!!!!!!

I purchased my car in July of 2016 here in Chandler, AZ. Since then I have to replace the front and rear motor mounts, shocks, rotors turned, rear breaks, struts, radiator (when my car broke down on me on a interstate Idaho and I live here in AZ), transmission, left and right axle seals and countless headlight lamps over the 3 years one day one stops working then works then doesn't over and over and over. So on my last oil change just two weeks ago they looked my headlight AGAIN and they said it was the ballast that is going out and it's going to be $250!! I paid $11,900.00 for this car 3 1/2 years ago and have roughly put into it with all the repairs as you saw $5,000.00. Now I am $425.00 away from paying it off and with the COVID 19 I was laid off of both my jobs, so when I went to get my car from the oil change I explained to them my situation and that it wasn't possible to make my payments right now because I'm waiting for my unemployment. So they're not having it and MADE me agree to a lessor biweekly payment. Mind you I have NEVER missed a payment and I am one month shy of paying my car off. So someone called me this morning as a reminder and I said well the payment isn't going to happen because I haven't received any unemployment and I don't start my new job until Tuesday and I haven't paid my rent either but my place is working with people because of COVID 19. I said I'm not paying it.ONE MONTH SHY of making every single payment on time!!! COVID 19 PEOPLE!!! I'm ****ing irritated with them and I would NEVER by another car from them because of all the $$$ I had to put into my car. People look at their reviews they are Worse than bad!!!
Move on people and good luck!!

I love them

I love them. I had 200 dollars and that took care of registration, tags, the down payment. Me and my husband have not got the best credit at all, and they gave us a chance anyway. Thank you, for my second chance in life.

My Wooster Byrider is the best. The service manager Drew really cares and goes out of his way to help me when it comes to my vehicle. He is the greatest. I have currently owned my 2007 cobalt…

I have currently owned my 2007 cobalt for 3 years and 9 months now. I am almost 40 years old and I would have NEVER ever bought a car with almost 100,000 miles on it ever. With JD Byriders 2 years 24,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty gave me the reassurance that I needed to make my purchase. I would reccomend this company to anyone wanting or needing a vehicle . Their friendly staff is waiting to assist you!

Shout out to Larry and J.R

Shout out to Larry and J.R. they helped me in a desperate situation. I explained to them my previous vehicle broke down and it was my only transportation to and from work. They helped me drive away in a car the same day. I've never gotten a vehicle from a car lot and they helped me understand everything in my paperwork. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a vehicle as soon as possible and at a very good price to go to j.d. byrider. The customer service is the best I've seen and I've worked in customer service for years.
