Some of the machines are not properly maintained
Some of the machines are not properly maintained. There is one that you use for biceps and triceps that the cushion is wore out which is unacceptable as it makes the movements discomfort.

Trained in aintree 2 years ago and have just re joined it’s like I’ve never been away it’s exactly the same,they have improved other gyms but not this one,we don’t all come from the town centres but they seem to prioritise them,shame

Cross trainers
Great gym, only one e thing, all the cross trainers are one level amd the running machines are on the raised level therefore the people using running machines can see the tv's and the ones using the Cross trainers can't so av have nothing to look at when working out. I'm not a telly addict bit passes the time better than staring at a wall. Thx
