Shabz has been absolutely brilliant!
She’s been covering another coach’s classes, circuit and JD Burn🔥 over the past few days, and every class I’ve attended has been amazing. You can genuinely see the effort, thought and preparation she puts into designing and organising each session. I love that every class is different, you never know what you’re going to get, and that makes it so much more exciting!
She brings such a positive energy to the class, and you can tell she really wants everyone to enjoy themselves while still getting a great workout.
Only downfall is that we could have more classes with Shabz during the week! She normally does weekend classes, which unfortunately means some of us can’t attend. I honestly think regular weekday classes with her would be so popular.
Hopefully we get to see more of Shabz on the weekday timetable because she’s definitely a coach worth making time for! ⭐️

The gym - Expierence, equipment, etiquette
The gym, is just unorganised random machines in random places, you do legs in one place then move to other side of gym to do another. Which isn't the worst of things but makes more sense for all grouping to be together.
However, the gym etiquette is terrible every machine is never taken down and weights left off. The dumbells are just a absolute joke. Everyone just leaves them where they are and when you tell people to put away they just ignore you and say not your job. The weight rack with numbers on is pointless they'd be 20kg dumbells in the 4kg ones and If you find the dumbell your after the other one will be just thrown somewhere random.
The equipment for the cables is next to none, you've got one set of handle grips between 6 machines and they're in such a state it's disgraceful.
The showers, you can physically hear people just 'gobbing' onto the floor which is disgusting.
Overall I'd never recommend this gym to anyone and after my membershio this month expires there's a 99% chance won't be renewed.

Overall, I like this gym: it has a nice renovation, modern equipment, and a pleasant atmosphere. 👍
Strengths:

What could be improved — cleanliness:
I would appreciate a little more attention to cleaning, especially in the women’s area. Sometimes the mirrors and some surfaces are smudged.
Suggestion regarding an on-duty trainer:
The gym is really missing a professional staff member who could periodically approach visitors and advise them on how to use the equipment and perform exercises correctly. I often see both women and men doing exercises incorrectly. This not only reduces the effectiveness of their workouts but can also lead to injuries.
I understand that the gym has personal trainers, but not everyone can afford individual training sessions. It would be great if there were always an on-duty specialist at the club whom visitors could approach for at least basic advice.
I believe this would make the gym even more professional, improve its rating, and, most importantly, give people more confidence and motivation to exercise correctly. 💪

Poor Service
I have a disability which means I can't use the entry pods and need access to the disabled entrance. I have emailed JD Bradford three times to request it and nobody has got back to me. I then emailed JD Gyms general to see if they could help and again nobody has got back to me. It's over two-weeks since I joined and have been unable to go to the gum unless I get the access code.

Facilities are good but no Staff
The gym is all good, but I feel like there isn't any staff around. I came in for the induction and there was nobody in the gym. I waited and rang the bell a couple of times. It took 30min for someone to come around, and he was from another gym, just filling in so he didn't know the layout of the gym. He tried to help and but because he was the only one in he had to interrupt many times.

Women side is in the middle of…
Women side is in the middle of menside.. would have been better for women to have entrance closed to the women side as a lot of women do feel uncomfortable walking infront of lots of men. Not the best facilities. No staff to help.
