The gym is so crowded and the way the machines are set up so close to each other is making it more crowded. There is not much space to move around and the equipment left on the floor is making it more dangerous to walk around and has got risk of trip over.
The gym is more equipped for men than keeping in interest of females.
And the most concerning part is the permission to 14/15 year old kids to come to gym and be around adults and heavy machines to use without supervision. Tje gym management is lacking in checking the valid ID like driving license or passport.

What a gym for the price it can not be beaten, I’ve trained at some of the best gyms in the country including Ultraflex but this is wright up there with them for the price and since the last refurd.

Good gym
I love this gym, it has every piece of equipment I could need as well as facilities for calisthenics too. It isnt very crowded either, and overall worth the price.

Love the glute room and loads of machines, you never wait for the machines to be available even when is busy, bcoz there is so many machine and alternative machines to use too.

Poor service
I was new to the gym . I keep a few things in their locker and returned to see my padlock was broken and items missed with other people's things which took me a long time to find . I cancelled my membership immediately.

I couldn't get in
Signed up through the website by a recommendation from friends, when I went to the gym I couldn't get in, pressed the button to call for staff. Which I had no response and my friends went into the gym and couldn't find anyone working there for 20mins. Felt like I've been rob, with my time and money.
Edit to the responses of jd gyms. The qr code was not working, and membership was paid. I was even chatting to others who couldn't get in with their qr code at the same time.
