Amazing gym for equipment but the men’s toilet cubicles are absolutely atrocious they should be cleaned regularly!. The urinals are find but the cubicles are a mess!.

Joined JD after my son recommended I start going. Was very hesitant as I'm older. Was welcomed by staff and shown around. First 2 classes back to back with Cheryl, amazing. Staff are so welcoming, which helps greatly.

Good space between all of the equipment
Good space between all of the equipment- Lack of sanitation station for wiping down equipment after use - and a great overall range of equipment and workout areas.

Lovely gym and a good vibe. However with the free weights (dumbells) you only have one of each size which can be frustrating as it is a busy gym.

Some of the equipment is crap
Some of the equipment is crap.
Hyper extension machine sits at a weird angle.
Lat pulled and lat rowing machines are the same, spin bike also sits at a weird angle. All you're body weight is sitting to one side.

just a meh gym, the quality of machines is below average and why on earth is is so hot. never heard of air con? not to mention how hard it is to navigate around

Not enough sanitation stations in the gym plus plus to many people making videos on there phone no soap in 2 of the despenser in mens toilet just a bit disappointed and seriously considering cancelling my gym membership

Lost valuables from padlock locker. Reported immediately, but no action taken. Management offered a dismissive "sorry." Extremely disappointed with the lack of security and customer service.

Nice, friendly and vibrant
I have recently joined the gym at Welgate shopping centre. It has a friendly environment which is easy to navigate and has great instructors. It offers a variety of different fitness activities. I hope they will soon include yoga, body balance, and Zumba in their offerings.

Fantastic gym
Brilliant gym, so easy to get to just up from the bus station Dundee. Car parking is just a few minutes away for people also. The gym has a great friendly atmosphere and no time limits. The equipment is available without waiting too long. Absolutely Brilliant place.
