Very helpful and welcoming, good equipment, very clean and well organised. So far, very good after week one.

The team were great. I went for a taster session and was greeted on first visit by one of the staff, Kirk. Asked if I needed shown around which I was ok with leaving for the time being. He then advised where everything was, general etiquette, water don’t etc. Let me know if I had any questions just to come give him a shout.
There was then a follow up call (sales obviously) to see how my session went and letting me know of the offer they had on. The girl was really pleasant and when she heard I had intention of joining anyway it was a really warm welcome and advised she looked forward to having me in the gym. You have a good team there!
As for the gym itself, it was brilliantly clean. Well tended to. Good standard of equipment. Staff putting plates and weights away (which is a drag but they were still doing it.). I’ve had a really good experience so far and I genuinely have a buzz to exercise again!

Facilities including spacing and set up are top notch.
I dislike the fact that no instructor to help new one like us familiarise around the gym and equipment usage.
There are some equipment I loved to use but couldn't because I can't operate it and no one within reach to assist.

Clean and bright with good mix of cardio and weights. The staff are good at giving tips without forcing you to sign up with a personal trainer. I like the punchbag and sauna which my previous gym did not have. The showers are good and toilets kept clean. Plenty of parking

When you want to give cancellation they make it so hard. Your membership is no where - not in apps, emails, online account, direct debit - it is no where to be found and you need it to cancel online! Don’t join this gym!
