My favourite gym to go to by far
My favourite gym to go to by far. Spacious and has all the right equipment. Bonus with the sauna. Taking off one star because the app doesn’t show how busy the gym is, like other gyms offer, which is a very handy feature for in particular busy people who wants to sneak in a gym session.

Unprofessional (resolved)
Emailing now asking for availability of PT and not even getting a reply. I would understand if they would reply and say no one is available but no reply at all is just plain rude and unprofessional
The team got in touch after my review here which i really appreciate as it shows they are following up on their customers feedback. I will change it to 3 stars till i start hitting the Gym. Thanks again

There was no staff to be seen on my first visit and I had trouble with the QR code. It didn’t feel like a welcoming environment for that reason as there was no staff around to greet members.

At first glance it looks great but…
At first glance it looks great but there are several things stopping it from achieving a higher rating:
1. Lack of air con in the weights section - it can get very hot.
2. Lack of cable attachments (despite lots of cable machines).
3. For half of the cable machines there are no labels on the weight advising you of how much weight you have selected.
4. It is very messy! It's one of the most poorly cleaned gyms I've been too. Leftover water bottles and energy drinks are all over the weight section and weights are never replaced to where they should be (gym attendees should take the blame here but staff should enforce the policies and ensure that it is tidy).
Nevertheless it is a very spaced out gym with plenty of benches, cables, and racks. If the above is resolved it would be 5 out of 5.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our maintenance team, however if you have any concerns about the facilities in club, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
We also try our best to encourage our members to return the weights after use. Our fabulous staff are always on hand to help with returning the weights so if you are ever struggling, please don't hesitate to ask!

Nice clean well equipped gym ,has plenty of space between apparatus. There are plenty of staff to give advice and help if you need it. It can get quite busy at times but I'm just new to this gym and I'm sure I'll find a time suitable for me.

Thought I'd try JD gym
Thought I'd try JD gym. 1st time in was on a Sunday evening. Not too busy. But very very warm inside. I did notice that not 1 person put their weights away after use, Which was very frustrating. 2nd time in was on the Tuesday after. The amount of people in was crazy, couldn't get on most machines as young groups sitting, not training playing on phones. The heat inside was just too hot, you couldn't hold a bar without it slipping. Again weights were being left on machines and benches. Staff were great, clean and tidy. But I wont be renewing after this month.
