Great Experience
I haven't been to a gym in over 30 years, but my experience here has been nothing but positive.
Lots of choice in equipment, clean changing rooms, and general area.
Steve has been my personal trainer since December; he's brilliant and encouraging, working with me to slowly rebuild my confidence.
He was also fantastic with my Hubby, when he went for a taster in February, following open heart surgery in December. Hubby has now signed up for membership.
The only drawback, from my point of view, is the too loud rubbish music!

Been coming here since the day it opened 2-3 years ago. Absolutely amazing gym, clean, friendly, good atmosphere.
The equipment is brilliant, everything you need, plus a lovely sauna for after a hard session 💪
