Nice gym
Nice gym. Only thing that lets it down is staff not enforcing rules regarding members putting bags in lockers. Ladies mostly with bags and hoodies on floor

Cancelling bootcamp again!
Cancelling bootcamp again!!
How disappointing that such a huge company cannot pay their employees a good wage for good work. Bootcamp has regular members each week and creates an amazing community within the gym.
Management ruining a good system again.
The gym is constantly flooding, has an awful smell and equipment is breaking. Do better JD and pay your employees a fair wage for fair work!

JD gym Rugby terrible !Management not interested in having a good relationship with members .
Car park is undertaking some works that weren’t communicated takes so much space but informing who pays the bills is not important! Seems to forget gym opens at 6 am as lot times doesn’t open on time. Facilities need upgrading and having a clean gym would be nice for a change.

Here we are going again - Bootcamp
Here we are going again!
Once members of the gym already fought to keep Bootcamp sessions. Classes were moved to time table. Great! However after 5-6 month again you are decided to cancel them. The room is always full and there are a lot of same people for 4-6 years. What can we (clients and the gym) do to keep classes running? And do not have to constantly fighting?

Cancelling Boot Camps Classes + Water Leaks
They are cancelling the boot camp classes I used to love. Firstly into the “studio” with not the cleanest floors from the previous area and now they will cancel it.
They have had multiple water leaks in several months leading to damp smell and on top of this - the car parking is a nightmare. People who aren’t disabled regularly park in those spots with no oversight!!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Most the staff are ignorant (not all) I was in the gym for just over a hour the other week and a young member of staff was sat on his phone when I walked in, and when I left he was still sat in the same position. I’m not sure if he had moved and it was just coincidence but it didn’t look great.
Most the members using the gym just drop the weights and slam them around this doesn’t do the weights any good and it’s no wonder half the equipment is broken.
The amount of “kids” that use this gym in the afternoon is amazing, they squirrel the weights and leave hardly anything under 20kg in the racks, they mess around I’ve even seen them chasing each other through the gym.
Glad it’s a cheap gym.

Where is the air con surely with the money you make off your members each month you can provide a decent air conditioning system it’s like coming out of a sauna after a work out the worst gym I have used by some distance from an air con point of view an keeping customers cool it’s 2022 jd not 1980 this shouldn’t be an issue. This is the rugby jd gym not sure what others are like.
