Good number of machines with a nice balance to them too.
Easy to use machines given the information on them on how to do them.

Our experience as new gym members at JD Gym, Shrewsbury.
Comprehensive range of high quality equipment. Clean and tidy facilities throughout the gym.
Only negative aspect is that no one phoned us back as requested.
Very pleased overall.

Room for improvement
Generally speaking it’s a good gym.
The only downsides are, equipment is never in the right place you always have to go looking for plates that should already be on the machine.
Always have to go to another station to retrieve the equipment that should already be on that machine.
(I.E plates, clips, dumbbells)
3 or 4 times now male members of staff have just entered the women’s changing room without announcing themselves or ensuring they can enter before they actually do.

Excellent gym facilities
Excellent gym facilities, large space to stretch after work out, various mix of cardio and resistance machines. Great free weights area, personally I would like more yoga glasses at 5-6 or on the weekend. Only down side is the odd tripod user making videos which can be off off putting but gym itself and staff are excellent and friendly.
