Very relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of equipment and handy 24/7 opening times.

Clean and well stocked gym. Equipment in good repair, great environment.

The trainer who welcomed me, James, was amazing. He was patient and gave off an accommodating, encouraging, and exciting energy at first contact, and all through the induction.The gym has got a wide variety of equipment and I could see people doing serious workouts. They’ve got good workout/aerobic classes as well. I also like the fact that it’s a 24-hour gym. Honestly I love it. I just wish there was a pool as well, maybe management could look into this?

Staff members were very friendly and helpful on my first visit. Gym is very well equipped and maintained, lots of classes yo choose from.

The gym equipment is ok for cardio and pretty decent for weights.
It is a pain having to use the app to enter.
Couldn’t find any staff on site to be able to navigate the equipment.
There was a used tampon in one of the lockers.
It was busy when we went around 8pm which was unexpected and quite disappointing.

Great clean gym, great staff and great manager. New manager has fixed the boiler, fixed shower temperatures, fixed broken equipment, sorted new air ventilation, hired more staff and been told they're now installing new water fountain pumps so they work even better.

Good clean facilities, good amount of equipment and never too busy. I like the 24/7 aspect. My only complaint is the vending machines are somewhat difficult to use and that the water fountain hasn't worked for a few days, which would be alright if the cold bathroom taps were working however they are also not working.

Nice, clean gym with everything you need for working out. Lots of classes available. Sauna in the changing rooms.

Could barely feel any aircon. The gym smelt of sweat and was nearly unbearable.

Attended classes. Found instructions clear and content varied. As an older participant was able to add own adaptations but when appropriate maybe include a couple of alternatives to take account of varying ability. Think number of lighter kettlebells need to be increased .

Can’t really fault the gym much better than pure gym when it comes to 24 hour gyms the only down side to this one is they close the studio of a night so certain workouts that you can do in pure gym you can’t here

LOADS of kit, machines, racks, dumbbells you name it, it’s there! Nice and quiet in the morning but even when it’s busy, there’s enough of everything to get your session boxed off.
Only had to ask at the desk on my first day for a quick tour, although the online 360 virtual tour is more than sufficient. I’ve seen members of the team assisting with beginners in the gym, showing them equipment and how it’s operated etc.
Sauna is great, cold shower as well as hot. Would have liked a steam room if I’m being picky but overall a quality gym at a reasonable price

There was only cold water so my shower, after doing 2 classes, wasn’t a very nice experience. I was going straight to work so didn’t have time to go home for a shower. Not a good first impression.
