I ordered a crossbody bag for my trip…
I ordered a crossbody bag for my trip next week but unfortunately they sent me a wrong one. Now I need to return it and go to the nearest FEDEX. In the first place the reason I ordered online is to avoid the hassle to go to the store.But I have no other choice but to drive.They gave me free shipping and 2 dollars off for my repurchase of the same product. It doubled the hassle. Never gonna buy again in their store.

I ordered a pair of new balance 550 in pink online and received a green pair . I emailed the company and they sent me a refund receipt to send them back and gave me 15% off my order of the correct shoes . It was fast delivery but when I received this new Order, it was also wrong and they sent me another green pair . At this point , I will be taking them back to the local store and my daughter will not be receiving them for her birthday. Is this incompetence or a glitch in the system ?!?

Worst experience ordering online. I understand I messed up the delivery address but no messages me back after I asked to get an email back for what the status was. I had to call again and again people were very rude. Unless I get a huge discount my way I am never coming back to jd sports

Only needed to exchange for size
Only needed to exchange for size. Was not an option. JD sports refund policy says full refund within 30 days but thats not true. They deduct shipping from the refund. Not really a full refund if you keep some of it. Not to mention nothing about keeping shipping is in their refund policy.
