Click and collect turns into a home delivery because of their system failing

I bought a pair of shoes online this morning with click and collect the same day from the Barcelona city center store. When I went to the store this afternoon and shared my order number I was told that their ordering system had fail to register my order as a click and collect. Instead they decided that it would be a home delivery at my home address on which is missing my contact details and block/door number. They refused to cancel the order on the grounds that they had already packed my shoes and couldn't undo it in their system and told me they would add with a pen on my order my details.... The store Manager even explained that this system happens often with online orders at JD and recommended that I don't order online from his very own company...I now have to wait up to the 20th of May to receive my order at home instead of same day of click and collect. First and last time I ever buy anything from JD. Should have gone to the competition as I usually do

No refund

Yesterday I bought a zip up hoodie from hoodrich the hoodie was shedding/ going off onto my white shirt even after washing it nothing changed. So I decided to go back to the store with my bill/ticket/proof of purchase for a refund. But the didn’t give me one. Why? Because I didn’t have the TAG anymore. So nowadays you are supposed to wear your clothing with the tag attached just in case the quality is garbage. And I only had it for 1DAY! Now I’m stuck with a trash 90€ hoodie. AVOID JD DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Don't buy from JD Sports España

I bought a pair of New Balance 530s from JD Sports España in November, and shortly after, the sole started coming apart. I’ve contacted JD Sports multiple times over the past two weeks, but no one has responded to my inquiries. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service and will definitely NOT be shopping with them again. I also don’t recommend anyone else buy from them.

I reached out to New Balance directly, and it’s clear that if I had purchased the shoes from them, the customer service experience would have been much better.

Just not a good online shopping experience

The online shopping experience is sub par. They have a confusing website where the payment looks dodgy for lack of a better word. In addition to this, they ship from wherever they feel like, including the UK, this causes absurd delays on receiving the goods since they need to undergo the process of clearance at customs. They should either sell from EU or from UK and have a clear delimitation and separation since it is not a flowing experience. I have now been waiting well over a week for a pair of trousers that are still loaded on some truck somewhere been handled by some customs agent somewhere... I won't buy again

We went to the JD Sports on Calle Colon…

We went to the JD Sports on Calle Colon in Valencia to buy some sports- clothing. We were told VERY brusque and tactless, not to try on a jacket in the shop, but take the jacket off and go to the fitting room. The problem is not that we had to take of the jacket walk to the fitting room and redo the trying it’s the manner we were told to do it in. The card reader was not taking my card on the first try, this caused many sighs and grunts. This is a MC that has been working during our three-day-stay in Valencia without any previous problems. I have therefore a hard time believing the card is the actual problem. You have totally unnecessary lost me as a customer, I will not enter a JD Sports store at all, ever again. There are other stores, in the same branch that make a far better job when they hire people.

A very disappointing experience on 3…

A very disappointing experience on 3 separate occasions in the past few weeks, with the most recent issue only yesterday. The first order I placed for two items, reaching the minimum spend to receive free delivery, was in November. Unfortunately a day later I received a notification that one of the items had been cancelled by JD sports (technical issues??). And so after searching on their website for an alternative, and subsequently selecting an extra item to again receive free delivery, a day later I received another notification stating that the replacement item was also cancelled. But a week later I decided to buy a couple of other things from the internet, because after all there were some good offers available. Anyway, this third order was sent and I received in a few days without any issues.

But yesterday I decided to try my luck and place a fourth order. But today I received the dreaded notification that one of the items had been cancelled.

I had never had any issues with JD sports in the UK. But unfortunately after the 3 cancellations (on their part, for technical issues?!) I doubt that I'll purchase from them again. I'm guessing that the problem is that items purchased online are despatched from available stores, and more than likely, these stores sell the items without reserving them once an online sale is made. It's most likely an issue with undertrained, and low motivated staff!!

Not delivering what was promised

I ordered this item In November with another item for you to days later cancel my order. Then you restocked it and I reorded and had to pay for delivery. But this time it wasn't delivered to my home which was agreed or a establishment I agreed to or that was open out of my working hours.

I have bought 2 items online,spent over…

I have bought 2 items online,spent over €150, received tonnes of emails confirming my order, saying my order has been sent, when will I receive my order etc. Received my order,had to return one item and it it appears that to send it back I have to pay €10 or can return in store for free. Spent 40min driving to the nearest JD branch,but they couldn't take it back as a paper A4 form , which should come with my purchase is missing! But on the email it's clearly says " Just show this barcode in store for the fast return"!! I had all possible ONLINE receipts, confirmations ets available on my email,but they just gave me the phone number and ask to call and request a PAPER A4 receipt!
Honestly,I think when you spend good amount of money in store, delivery and returns should be free of charge and hassle free.
