Online orders
I ordered twice from jd sports Spain and received the same wrong item after writing to customer service the first time. I had to return to store and I never got my initial order or any compensation for the inconvenience. It turns out - what the store employee told me - that there is an item with a mixed up code with another item! yet even after complaining, and making another online order, I received the same mixed up item again.

Poor delivery time
The items I ordered were good but the delivery time was too long. I ordered the products online on the 27th October and they did not arrive in the store until the 17th November despite being told they would arrive on the 8th November.

The JD is sportwear. You find a large wselection of jeans, jackets, shorts, hoodies... The clothing is cheap because they sell brands like: nike, north face, jordan, mckenzie and others brands.
I like this shop because clothes and shoes are very beautiful. The shop assistians are very helpful, and they be happy to order your size.

Well for the items I've been able to receive I'm really grateful, i like them, i like JD style and quality👍..but it's annoying that you're choosing to return the money when you run out of stock at some type of item, instead offer a similar item different colour. ...to be honest the application I'm using it only for sales on discount, because usually I'm going to yours shops, delivery time it's great aswell.

Part of order missing
I placed an order or 2 items, only 1 arrived, I queried and was told the order had been sent to the warehouse. Another week later nothing so chased again, we will check and get back to you, another week I chase to be told there is an error and out of stock and will receive a refund, terrible customer service having to chase an item 3 times, this was for a gift and you barely get an apology.
