The worst website and customer service of present era
Probably wouldn’t even like to give a star if that was an option. Their online website is a junk which doesn’t give the option to cancel an order. I ordered something online and delivery charge was applied to it. I immediately wanted to cancel the order as I realised I can collect it from store and there won’t be the unnecessary delivery charge in that case. But to my surprise there was no cancellation option. Customer care was also of no help as they also said they can’t cancel it and asked me to return the items once they are delivered but the delivery charge will not be refunded . It’s like a scam where there is no option for anybody to cancel their orders and customer will be penalised with the delivery charge for sure.

Every time I’ve placed an online order
Every time I’ve placed an online order, I’ve received defective goods or faded items taken straight off the display shelf. As I see it, an item ordered online should be brand new and free of defects. I won’t risk buying from your online shop again, and on principle, I won’t shop at your physical stores either. I’m simply fed up with your careless attitude toward online customers. I’ve found other companies selling the products I’m interested in. Good luck continuing to treat customers this way
