I am writing this review to warn others about the abysmal state of JD Sports’ online service. My recent experience has been a masterclass in terrible communication and financial incompetence. Here is exactly how they failed:
Selling Ghost Stock: They willingly accept orders for items they do not have, take your money, and then cancel the order minutes later.
Silent Cancellations: They cancelled multiple items from my order without sending a single email or notification. I only found out because I chased them up, only to be given a vague excuse about "an issue with the order."
Zero Return Transparency: When you return items, they send absolutely no confirmation or itemised receipt showing what they received. It is a complete black hole.
Withholding My Money: I returned three items over a month ago. They processed the refund for two, but are still withholding my money for the third item.It has been over four weeks, and I am still fighting to get my own money back.
