Worse customer service ever. Took them 2 months to send me my jeans. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP!!!! They will say anything you want to hear to make you pay and when you pay they take ages to give you the jeans.I ordered two jeans of the-same size but the fitting of one of them was very bad and they refused to adjust the fitting. I have never in life done a review but I am doing one because I have never been soo disappointed if you are not a footballer or celebrity you get treated very badly. I will say this one more time they are the worse company ever.

Been buying from jeanius for a year, always visited the studio and got some insane pieces, dealt with Jayden mostly, everything always fits on point, and always happy to make unique pieces on request. Only ever had 1 issue with a pair not fitting right, and they were happy to replace and remake for me, customer service is on point, and the pairs have always been cold

Make your way to the next page where the real reviews are. Awfully convenient that there’s suddenly a bunch of 5 star reviews made at the same time, on the same day, as the website goes live. No returns policy… also very convenient considering the products aren’t ‘hand made’ which isn’t true but provides a loop hole around consumer laws on the basis they’re ‘bespoke’ - they’re Levis & Carhart products which are then edited.

Can’t get these style of jeans/cargos anywhere else, unreal colours and fits. Other brands charge £1k + and don’t come close, tailored fit and personal touch customer service.

Honestly the most amazing guys going. Went to their pop up at kersh kicks and Max and Jayden were so welcoming and friendly. The best jeans around and the quality is second to none. Can’t fault these guys at all. Big things coming for these guys in the future.

Amazing service from the studio meet, to them alternating a few pairs I picked up and getting them shipped back out to me. Can’t fault these guys at all and can’t fault the pairs they produce either.

Best in the game, needed jeans for a trip to Portugal got an appointment within a few days and had my jeans tailored on site! Easy and smooth experience!
