These guys went above and beyond to look after me and my friend when visiting their london showroom, highly recommend and cant wait to visit again!

First of all to everyone that was scammed, charge back!
Then make their lives hell and report them!

Great product, awful customer service.

Sent a pair back over 3 months ago for an exchange and have still not received the replacement. Messaged me numerous times to say they have been posted out which is clearly not true.

Worst service. Incorrect sizes and the level of rudeness displayed was simply shocking. Still fighting to get my money back

No delivery, just empty promises like today and tomorrow and stupid excuses (cyber attacks).

Recharge as soon as you can, if you spent your money.

The worst customer service ever experienced.
My friend ordered some cargos from the website, when they arrived they didn’t fit so he messaged on instagram to book an appointment (as this is the only way you can go there) so that he could exchange for another size, they took days to reply, even reading the messages but not responding. He finally got an appointment booked for the 17th of this month, we turned up to the appointment to nobody there and when he messaged them he was told that because of the train strikes they shut early and that someone should have contacted him to rearrange which no one did. My friend then asked for an appointment the following day (18th) but did not get a reply till lunch time that day to also be told they don’t open but were then posting pictures on their stories throughout the day. My friend had travelled 2 hours for this appointment as well and explained he would be leaving on the Sunday and would not be able to attend another appointment. Yesterday (18th) they offered him an appointment for today (19th) and my friend said that was fine and explained that I would be attending myself to do the exchange for a bigger size but they never replied back even though they said we could have an appointment today. Doesn’t make it easy that instragram seems to be there only point of contact and they read messages and ignore. Seems to me that unless you’re a footballer, rapper etc with money they don’t care about anyone else. Would not recommend ever buying from here, very very poor service.

Very good quality tailored cargos definitely worth the price would 100% be buying from here again. Need to go into the studio and check it out🏆.

For the last month I have been asking whoever on that I was looking for a particular size on their website they told me it would be uploaded as soon as possible which didn’t happen so I tired reaching out but again no response I was told yet again the size will be on the website etc etc up till now I have again tried to reach out again no response. It seems that cause of their high in client such as footballers people will a certain amount of followers etc etc they couldn’t care less about genuine people who just want to buy a pair of jeans no stress no fuss. Appalling customer service but again they don’t care.

Everything at the highest level, from contact, help with choosing the size, to fast shipping to Poland. Ordered on Monday, arrived on Friday, I am very pleased. The only thing missing is the Jeaniusbaratelier sticker added to the order :)

I ordered a pair of jeans for my sons birthday 2.5 weeks ago and am still waiting.
I have contacted them 5 times with no response from the last 3 - how do I now get a refund?
Poor service for an expensive pair of jeans.

Believe me when I say this, these people are the best! I’m 6’5 and the way they tailored the cargos for me was immaculate. The response time on the DM’s were super quick! You would have thought because they get a lot of famous customers that they won’t pay attention to us normal people but trust me they spend just as much time and detail to delivering quality tailored clothes.

Absolutely shocking customer service. All they seem to be interested in is showing off their celeb clients while completely ignoring other customers. I wanted to support an up and coming, local brand and purchased 3 pairs of jeans but have been seriously let down as they never arrived. I was told my order would be ready to collect 7 days after payme too, but 3 MONTHS down the line and nothing was received. Numerous emails/DMs have been ignored - there’s clearly a reason they don’t have a customer service contact number and hide their address. In the end I’ve had to dispute the transaction with my bank in order to be refunded the £600 I paid 3 months ago. It’s a shame because the jeans look nice but I’d avoid them like the plague. FIX UP!

Complete waste of time & money don’t even bother unless your a celeb or a pro baller. Shambles

A real dissapointment. Ordered 7 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Not even an update. What upsets me the most is when I ask about the status of my order they ignore the message on Instagram. But they’re actively posting each day.

I purchased a pair of trousers and after a month they had still not arrived. I reached out to the company twice and was told they would be dispatched shortly but I didn’t receive any shipping update. In the end I sought a refund through my bank.

I visited the Jeanius Bar Atelier today for my own appointment after seeing the brand absolutely everywhere and it did not disappoint! They have the widest selection of the sickest trousers, so many colours and fabrics and the best part is they offer free alterations on purchases to have it fit exactly as the client wants it. Tailored to perfection which was good for me as I did not want my jeans to baggy! They came out perfect. Will be getting all my jeans from here now! Amazing

Terrible customer service, ordered a pair of pants but didn’t send them out till I messaged about them.
Returned the pants because they were to small with tracked delivery, 12 days later still no refund and now has been ignoring my messages for the past 2 days.
Seems like they are only bothered if you are a celebrity.
