Awful experience, haven't received the item and been emailing them 3 times and no reply.

I do not recommend this company, not sure if the company is real

Read lots of reviews before purchasing, excellent service offered, the sabre supplied is of a top quality finish, not like cheap China knockoffs , the weight and quality of the finish says it all, very good communication and the sabre arrived in time.
Will definitely use again.

Never received my product. No response to direct contact with vendor.

Expected it to arrive 4 days later, so happy at the speedy delivery, especially as it's for my little ones birthday.

I'm not a star wars expert but i have purchased Disney lightsabers in the past for my son and they are usually very low quality. This one from jedi master sabers is, however, light years ahead.

Although i had concerns regarding it being made fully from metal, it is actually safe for kids as long as they are supervised. It can certainly sustain a lot of abuse as opposed to the plastic Disney ones.

It took a long time to arrive and took awhile for communication and a tracking order to be sent out. When the saber arrived the box had been roughed about a lot with a dent in the front and what appears to be a footprint on the front too, implying someone stood on it. One of the tabs also had been opened which was quite concerning but everything seems to be there which is good. A shame about the condition of the box however as this was meant to be a gift for someone.

After numerous emails and promises we still have not received our full order and ongoing issues getting part of our order that we ordered 13th July. We waiting well over the time for the engraved item - this has never materialised and after much chasing and emails they chucked a plain saber in a box without the engraving or stand we have paid for. I have had two emails promising me a refund - that has not materialised. Sophie is very good at saying what she thinks you might want to hear and also at blaming everything but themselves. The most recent now is it’s been lost in transit!! Which is funny as when I received first part of the order as soon as it was dispatched I had a notification from the courier / no notifications this time so I do not believe it has been dispatched at all. I have been promised and I have the emails - a refund for parts I haven’t received and also a refund as a good will gesture / received ZERO - so I have paid for parts on 13th July I have not received, given lots and lots of obvious lies as excuses, promised MY MONEY to be returned along with a goodwill gesture and so far have received nothing. I wonder if there is some sort of ombudsman that I should contact -DO NOT USE, PAY OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and do not deliver 😡😡😡UPDATE - I have been promised a refund by email TWICE - to date I have had no refund or further communication -

Very good lightsaber.

I been collecting Normal lightsabers for 18 years now and only recently went the custom made route.

I'm glad i did as the quality is much better and the fact they are made from metal ( Aluminium ) is a massive thumbs up.

The internals ( Electronics ) are just insane and well worth the money.

I got the Luke Neopixel with bluetooth.

I have been waiting for my chassis for 3 months and still have not received it. I have emailed and messaged them 8 times and I have had no replies from them. I was told I would hear from them in a couple of days… IT’S BEEN NEARLY TWO MONTHS!! And still no response. I have been trying to be patient but now I have given up and will not buy from them again!

Received faulty goods, after reaching out a lady called Sophie contacted me via email, I didn't pick this email up straight away as it landed in my junk folder. However, I did respond and I attached some video footage of the issue. I haven't had a single response to anything since and I have sent numerous emails over the last couple of months and I have used the contact us page on their website. The hilt is of good quality but it is the blade that seems to be the issue as I have tried using the blade plug in the hilt and this works fine.

There is no contact number and the business is registered out of someone's home address not a work shop or shop front. Seems dodgy, avoid.

Update: Still I have had no response to any messages and I still have no resolution to getting a refund or replacement blade. Would someone who has had a good experience with this company please say how you have had any contact. This was gift for someone back in May and its still sat in my house gathering dust as it is useless.

Unfortunately the delivery time was worse than advertised and therefore the intended use was missed.

Lightsaber is great, well built and designed.

The stand that was a £30 add-on is quite literally 3 bits of plastic with material glued on. I would strongly advise getting without.

Overall product is as designed, well built and as shown, but long delivery and wasted £30.

Arrived sooner than expected.

Purchased during their closed period as they had been away for 1 week.

I didn't expect delivery for maybe 2 weeks but arrived within 10 days and this includes their 1 week close period. I'm very happy as my son got his birthday present in time :)

He's 17 and loved star wars so i asked him what he thought of the lightsaber and he says it's "Unreal"

Safe to say he's one happy Jedi :)

Fantastic quality and speedy delivery as usual.

The craftsmanship of these sabres is superb. I much prefer the internal charging point (Relic Hunter Sabre). If only I could get the app to work.

It hasnt arrived im paying 25 a week i payed the first 2 of 6 payments it has not arrived you promised a 5-12 day delivery i ordered on the 18th of last month as such i have requested a refund

I bought the saber for my son who is a great fan of Star Wars series. He is so happy with it and he wanted it so much. It is as much as advertised and the material used and the construction are very good. I highly recommend this as I haven’t seen a better one before.

Waiting slightly longer than told for delivery but well worth the wait. Myself and son are extremely happy with our sabers. 10/10 👌👌👌

Arrived in time for his birthday which is great as i ordered way too late and only had 4 days to go.

The lovely customer service agent "Sophie" prioritized my order and had it shipped our within 3 days after ordering! Arrived safely today on my sons birthday. Very impressed with the service here.

First heard of Jedi Master Sabers at the event i attended earlier this year.

I've collected lightsabers for years as usually the official ones. However, i noticed these guys had a large queued at their stall. After 40 mins waiting.... I finally got there and saw over 30 different lightsaber models from Luke, Obi-wan, Vader and some custom ones too.

The details and features are heavily superior to the official ones and the quality of the all metal build is 10 out of 10. Very movie accurate.

I purchased the Luke, obi wan and a Custom "Stormtrooper" lightsaber and all 3 are amazing.

I'm acutally selling my official ones as they are just not anywheere near the levels of which Jedi master sabers provide. Not even close.

Yes, they are made to order and my online orders took around 9 days to arrive, but this was nothing and well worth the wait. As they are based in the UK near where i live, i will likely collect from them as they do offer collection.

If you want a proper lightsaber, these guys are the place to go. Period.

Loving it so far. I like the fact you can add more fonts if you wish, certainly a massive plus for me anyway.

Cheaper than any other lightsaber shop and shipped out within 24 hours from their UK workshop, so no tax to pay either. Unlike others i've been to.

Well worth the money and would highly recommend them.

Shipping was as stated on the site. Got here when it was expected. No complaints there.
The product itself is incredible absloutly love it, fit and finish is perfect. My one gripe is I was sent a pair of 36 inches blades when requesting 32, but I'm happy with them.
However I did want to make a change to my order, it did get a little tricky to contact them. But after finding the correct email, Sophie was great, got the change I requested and I am happy with the product customer service is great, but elusive, which is a shame because it's great customer service. Keep up the good work guys!
