No delivery received, numerous emails sent. Held leaving a review because I know there can be issues out of peoples control etc but zero communication. I've one very disappointed son that paid for this himself.

Long production/delivery time without any notification.

The quality of the product and well handled packaging was suberb.

The shipping time was also quick.

Great with communication but the building process did take a bit of time when making the product

It came faster than I expected and was a bit tricky with the deliveries, but with help from the customer service everything worked out perfectly! With that said I’m a happy customer and proudly saying that this is amazing corporate and awesome lightsabers

I cannot write a review on the product as yet as I have not received it. Whilst the product looks fantastic on the web site and the reviews of the company look excellent I have now been waiting just over three weeks to receive my first order with the company. In fact the product looked so good I placed a second order of another product in the range. I have now emailed customer services three times to try and get a provisional delivery date as they say on the website deliveries take 7 to 12 days which we are well over now on the first order. My last email has not been answered at all which I have sent this morning and that in itself worries me somewhat as the products are of a considerable amount of money. I have been looking forward to receiving my item as I am a very keen collector and now feel a little let down by my experience. I would love to have written a glowing report on my experience with Jedi masters as i do believe they have a product to be proud of, but feel unable at this moment in time. Very sorry

Ordered my lightsaber box after asking for some advice as to which one would be best fit .Sophie was extremely helpful and suggested the most appropriate version and even let me know on delivery times before I ordered. Very happy now I have a secure place to store my saber .

Bought a lightSaber from these people before when the company was called galactic saber. As you can see on trust pilot the reviews are not great. This company struggles from the same problems.

The lightsaber I received is actually well made comfortable to hold and sounds great. The problem was in the packaging. I was given an RGB blade when I have a neo pixel set up. This means currently I cannot use my saber with a blade in. I contacted customer service straight away. I got a reply straight away and was told that a blade will be sent with next day delivery. That was on the 4th July 2023 and it’s now the 10th July and I can’t get a response from the company.

I was also told I will receive a free RGB light saber worth £60. I believe this was due to the inconvenience of me having to email asking about the status of my saber. The website says it takes 6-12 days build time. The only problem of this is that you have no real way of tracking the status of your order and if it’s even in production yet.

I also have a Bluetooth issue with the saber when I contacted Sophie about the issue she said she was gonna talk to the technical team. I still have heard nothing back.

So as it stands of this review, I have a saber with the wrong blade, and the Bluetooth not working. And the communication with the company has gone quiet. I hope that they see this review, and they get in contact with me. As the RGB Saber was a kind gesture, but I am OWED a neo pixel blade as I have paid for that, and without it, I cannot use my saber.

A few days after this review all issues were resolved.

Ordered a lightsaber for my Son’s birthday, but left it a bit too late. Emailed customer services 2 days before birthday & was told my neopixel Obi Wan model wasn’t quite ready, but they had the weathered one in stock & could ship it straight away. A bit more expensive, but Sophie at Jedimastersabers said they’d do it for the same price! Arrived the very next day, in time for the birthday. Fantastic customer service & the most awesome lightsaber. Couldn’t recommend the company’s excellent customer service or the lightsaber more. I’d give 100 stars if I could! Thanks Sophie 👍

Absolutely incredible quality lightsaber! The colours and the craftsmanship are absolutely incredible and I'm so happy with it, would definitely buy again. :)
My only complaints are that the voice sound effects don't seem to work which really sucks! Can only get it to work for one character. :( The instructions are not the most clear especially as it was for a lightsaber made differently then mine and the Bluetooth app refuses to connect which also sucks.
But overall wonderful saber and worth the price. :)

Very professional quality saber, delivery is a little long but what arrives is worth the wait.

Came with all the accessories you'll need including a small stand, this seller has good prices compared to their competitors so if your a fan of star wars they're worth giving a shot.

Beautiful sabre, delivered on time as promised. Very pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend Jedi Masters as the go to company. Checked out lots of other companies and Jedi Masters had the best prices. Very happy customer. This was my second purchase and will definitely use this company again.

Given the time I bought it (literally two weeks before fathers day) it came a little later. But the saber itself is beautiful

Fantastic product. Well made and exactly as described. Delivered in the time frame specified.
There was a slight problem with their payment system but it was rectified quickly by Sophie who was in regular contact by email.

Quick delivery, great price and quality materials. Controls a little hard to understand but easy to grasp.
