We'll what can I say..... the product is flawless. The weight of the sabre really makes it feel well built. ( which it is) first ever neopixel lightsaber I've purchased and I must say, jedi master sabers is the place to go. Can not fault this item. 5 stars from me.

I did have to wait over 14 days but I'm guessing it's because I ordered in the may 4th period. Never the less I received the sabre.

The live chat is a tad slow but I've learnt to be patience and they will get back to you. Very helpful customer service. (Sophie)

Was a bit worried as took a day or so longer however I emailed them and they were great. They put my mind at rest and even gave me a stand etc fee of charge which I did not ask for. Being in customer service myself I think that they have it spot on

Very highly regarded in the lightsaber scene due to their high quality, movie accurate designs and impressive features that are hard to find anywhere else.

Saying i'm thrilled is an understatement. I purchased 3 Neopixel and 1 RGB lightsabers all of which stay true to the original design. Features are just as they describe "Most advanced on the market".

A huge thank you to Sophie at customer service who is very knowledgeable on star wars law and lightsabers.

Order arrived very well packaged in their own branded packaging and was kept safe with foam inserts. This was a big one for me as other lightsaber shops ship £500 lightsaber with no cushioning, and the boxes are practically useless. So big thumbs up for that.

I'm not one to leave reviews as i usually go on for a while..... but as you can tell, i am very happy with my purchase.

Used their live chat and had multiple questions over several days and they answered all of them straight away, even over the weekend and evenings,

I was a bit nervous spending £450 on a lightsaber and despite all the positive reviews on here and Youtube, i just wanted re-assurance.

Anyway. My Count Dooku arrived last month and very happy with it. Can't believe how accurate it is. I'd say with certainty that it's 100% screen accurate as they claim. Loving the blade effects and the soundfonts are really cool.

Will be using this mainly as a display piece, but deffo try a bit of combat.

Likely be getting the Ahsoka tano and Obi wan next. Keep up the good work.

Decided to try them out as their prices are a lot lower than others.

Got my Obi wan last week and it's perfect. Exactly the same build quality as others but even better features like the bluetooth. Their app is amazing for this.

I'd recommend an star wars fan who wants a proper lightsaber

Very happy from start to finish. Customer service is excellent and the livechat feature really helps get answers quickly.

My ordered arrived sooner than expected, and my seconrd order arrived as expected.

The build quality is magnificent and features are way better than i thought.

Will probably throw my Disney ones in the bin as these lightsabers from jedi masters are way, way, way better.

I ordered a lightsaber Rife Neopixel V2 for 4400 CZK and did not get anything. Its been almost month and nothing. I am writing this on the 29th day after my purchase. Update: I did not get my money back after I asked to refund.

I like all the functions noise colours brillant great lightsaber,but during this it took 24 days to get here the courier company rescheduled the delivery without letting us know, the instructions are not ideal very hard to make out and no instructions for the Arcrylic stand at all still confused....

Excellent product, very good customer service, quick replies to questions, shipping took a while but probably given may 4th and that, would Def recommend buying from them

The quality of this product was amazing. This is my first saber and when I opened the packaging I was surprised at what was in the box. All I can say is wow,
I did send email about delivery, but that was my own fault for including weekends, I got a reply to clear this up and everything was ok. Ups made a mistake sending a email saying this would be delivered the next day so I changed early morning appointment so I would be home for delivery, was a little annoyed but this was the fault of ups. I have already recommended Jedi master sabers to a couple of friends and I will be buying from here again in the future.

Through no fault of anyone there was a delay in my order arriving. Sophie contacted me and kept me updated all the way through. I’m gobsmacked how uniquely accurate my Rey Lightsaber is!

Very much improved service from nearly 2 years ago.

I ordered a lightsaber from these guys back when they first started. Lightsaber arrived late and had a few issues with customs service.

I didn't return for another lightsaber but after seeing them at comic cons here in the USA, along with how many people they had at their stall, i decided to speak to the owner "Michael" to see if anything improved.

He told me they now have up to 10 staff members as opposed to just himself back in the day, and have warehouses in multiple countries.

So.... I gave them another try.

Lightsaber arrived with 48 hours which was far quicker than advertised. Custom support was brilliant throughout and responded almost instantly.

The lightsaber in question was the Count Dooku, a rather premium lightsaber, and boy is it a beauty. Extremely realistic, and the onboard electronics and features are the best I've seen.

It's safe to say that they are a fairly big deal now, and i feel confident in their product.

Ordered the Luke skywalker and Obi wan kenobi lightsabers.

They are amazing to be honest with you. The bluetooth function is worlds apart to the other lightsaber electronics out there. Makes adding soundfonts and blade effects easy, and the features are amazing.

Also. I have to mention the build quality. For the lightsaber to actually be made of metal is brilliant. Feels so realistic.

Bought Obi wan lightsaber for my son's birthday.

He's one happy lad. Quality is second to none.
