My order arrived last month. Arrived without the display stand and contact customer service who where excellent and sent a replacement on the same day with 24 hour deliver. Also included a free blade plug and gift box. Very good service.

I purchased the luke V2 which is great fun. I'm not overly into star wars as such but always wanted a lightsaber.

Really impressive lightsaber. I've hears so much about them over the last year due to comic cons i attend. I even saw them at the USA comic con last year which was a surprise considering they're a UK company.

Anyway. Loved chatting to the owner Michael. He's a very knowledgeable guy in the Star wars scene. I did promise to buy one last year but totally forgot. I hope you'll attend this years comic con in the states.

As for the lightsaber. It's absolutely amazing. My jaw dropped when i opened the package. Couldn't believe it looked exactly like luke skywalkers.

Easily the best purchase I've made in donkeys years.

Phenomenal quality on the lightsaber and looks just like i remembered from the films.

Came highly recommended from prop/lightsaber groups in the USA, along with UK friends.

Didn't disappoint.

Amazing quality.

The saber i purchased ( Obi-wan EP3 weathered ) is worth the price i paid.

Haven't put it down since.

I fear this will start an urge to collect :D

Awesome - Purchased a lightsaber from ES-Sabers which broken within 2 months. They never got back to me when i requested a repair.... Disgusting really.

Jedi master sabers to the rescue. I was unsure if they could repiar/replace my lightsaber but they could. Actually they offered a way better, far superior upgrade than the one that came with it.

They offered a Neopixel V2 which only they supply and comes with a SD card and Bluetooth!!! This upgrade is amazing and is really cool that i can control the lightsaber with my phone. Adding more soundfonts is way easier now too. I love the fact you can customize/add blade effects too.

They didn't even charge a fitting fee.

I'd highly recommend anyone that wants a PROPER lightsaber with good customer service and fast shipping ( Es-Sabers took 6 weeks to ship mine from china.....) to try these. Especially their Neopixel V2, which incidentally costs the same as Es sabers normal pixel which is rubbish...

Have purchased a few lightsabers from other lightsaber shops and i have almost always had issues either with the product becoming faulty, or delivery taking 4-6 weeks.

Not had any of that here. No fuss, just enjoyment.

I will be purchasing more from you going forward. Excellent to deal with and the product is superior to others by a long way.

Purchased one of their limited edition Mystery boxes and received an Obi wan EP3 Neopixel V2.

Only problem is a bought 2. One for myself and another for my friends birthday... Guess i'm getting the standard lightsaber. Still. Excellent value for me.

One big bonus is that my order arrived here in the states within 6 days which is less than i was told. *Inserts thumbs up*

Amazing selection. Although they were busy with literally hundreds of orders, the owner took his time to show me around and let me play with a few lightsabers. Left with purchasing 2 lightsabers for me and my son.

First of all i just want to say that i have been a customer for around 1 year now and never really had any issues. Always quick delivery, good prices and friendly staff. Upon ordering my 9th lightsaber in January i noticed that communication was, well, no excitant and my order took 3 weeks instead of the usual 4-8 days. They placed a social media video and website notice notifying that this was down to a huge increase in international sales and their team of 3 people were basically overwhelmed. All this was ok, but was slightly disappointed in actual communication.

Around the beginning of February i received an email from the company director "Michael" apologizing and going on to mention that their team has now expanded and delays will not happen going forward.

Well. I've made two orders since then, one in February and another in March, all of which were dispatched and received well within the time advertised and all emails were responded to within 1 hour.

Safe to say that they have vastly improved in such a short time and i now feel this wont be an issue going forward with further orders.

I will keep this review updated if that ever changes.

I'm updating my review as i removed my old 4 Star one.
I see from a couple of other feedbacks that others had issues with dispatch and emails.

Was told this was due to Gmail connection error to their website and this has now been resolved. I can confirm that it was resolved for me and they provided genuine evidence when requested.

Not had any issues with my second order.

Product itself is great.

Only negative i could point to was i didn't receive my lightsaber stand due to the 2nd parcel being lost by Royal mail. They did send a replacement though an arrived next day.

Fast delivery and good customer service

Jedi masters became highly recommended to me through a store here in Canada who stocks their lightsabers and to my surprise, they are actually a UK based company. I still purchased one of their lightsabers and Jedi portraits but i was concerned it may take a while to arrive.

This was not the case. My order arrived within 6 days of ordering which really surprised me considering it came from the UK,

Lightsaber is fantastic and i really do love the bluetooth feature. Although i can easily use the lightsaber, i do have arthritis and other companies make it extremally hard to take out the SD card. So having an app and bluetooth feature that lets me add soundfonts with a press of a button is much appreciated.

Again, the fact that their lightsabers are popular here in Canada, especially in Vancouver and Victoria island is crazy. I even saw a street performer on Victoria BC harbor doing some cools skills with one of their lightsabers.

Anyways I'm rabbiting on. Get your lightsaber from them, you won't be disappointed.

I paid for a Saber during December 2022. Was told it had been dispatched with supporting shipping reference. The item was never actually given to the shipping company (ParcelForce). Sent several emails asking for updates. No one from this company replied. Had multiple emails requesting feedback. My bank refunded my money back to me - thank goodness. Draw your own conclusions, and be very, VERY careful before parting with your money, and ensure you are insured against unscrupulous merchants. Luckily I was.
