A huge thank you to the owner.

I purchased a Obi-wan lightsaber from a different shop last year and recently it started to fail.

After emailing the company many, many times, i failed to receive a response. As i still had 4 months warranty, this should have been resolved by them.
Considering this cost me £500, i was not happy.

When looking into a different lightsaber shop, i was recommended these guys. At first, i contacted them using their usual customer service desk, who transferred my email to the owner "Michael"

He then gave me a call and was disgusted to learn that my lightsaber had not been repaired by the company i purchased from. He offered to fix my lightsaber for a reduced cost of £20 including shipping ( I gave him an extra £10 as a tip ).

I received my saber back within 48 hours! with a brand new chassis, battery and fully working.

Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I never bother to leave reviews as I'm lazy that way, but this was very impressive service.

You have a new customer for sure!!!!!!

Excellent product. Confusion on communication resolved.

Excellent product. My only let down was communication. This was resolved though.

1. Contacted Jedi masters about my pre-order around 3 weeks ago but never received a response. Obviously i was unhappy about this as i sent 4 emails in total. However, after checking their website, they did post a notice that their email system had issue but should be resolved now as of yesterday. Thankfully it was. **Update** my emails were stuck in my outbox so this confirms there was an outside issue. Although this is now resolved, i'd recommend people check their outbox if they sent emails before Feb 17th.

2. The actual product was amazing. Was shipped and received within the time that was advertised. In fact, it arrived within 3 days of dispatch here to the USA.

Looking forward to making another order on payday.

I have been shopping with them since…

I have been shopping with them since they opened early last year. I actually met them at a local comic con and they seemed really friendly and knowledgeable about star wars.

Although i purchased my lightsaber last year, i recently made another order due to some of their new releases.

What made me shop with them from my usual go to "Galaxy sabers" was their fast dispatch times, professional packaging ( Also well secured!! ), extended warranty, fast customer service response and the vast selection of sabers.

There may be cheaper lightsaber shops, but Jedi master sabers has the best quality by far, and they are very well known in the lightsaber club industry.

I will be back for more later in the year.

5 star experience.

Received my lightsaber within 48 hours

Customer service answered all 8 of my pre-purchase questions

Lightsaber itself is brilliant. The brightness of the neopixel blade is way better than i expected.

The functionality of the electronics are also a bonus. Smooth swing is fantastic and all the pre installed soundfonts make the rather expensive purchase well worth it.

Very much recommended.

Love my new lightsaber

Love my new lightsaber! I removed my previous 1 star review as i didn't realise the shop was closed for a few weeks ( Seems others missed this message too, but it was there on the homepage)

Either way, it's all sorted now and actually got here in the time promised.

Their products are excellent and the customer service provided by Michael was brilliant, they are always there to help with any questions or concerns.

The shipping is fast and efficient, so you won't have to wait long to enjoy your new lightsaber. It's always a bug bearer when orders don't get shipped within the time promised so happy to say that this wasn't the case here.

Additionally, the prices for their products are very good,

Overall, I highly recommend Jedi Master Sabers for anyone looking for a great lightsaber and excellent customer service.

Liars and cheats

Liars and cheats. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a saber beginning of December for sons xmas present. Paid through Klarna thankfully so only part payment made. Was expecting delivery by a certain date, when passed we contacted them constantly until we finally got fed up and threatened to cancel. They then miraculously got in touch to say we hadn't looked at the item correctly as there was a pre order on the saber but it would hopefully be despatched shortly. Went back on the website and absolutely nowhere did it say anything about pre order on the item. Finally received, seemed ok on checking, when son opened and used xmas morning it stopped working within 30 minutes. On closer inspection some wires were broken. Contacted them and asked about replacement, the website said closed until 1 Jan ONLY. After this date we contacted them constantly by both email addresses and chat. Nothing. We then asked Klarna to get involved. They then tried to contact them. Nothing. Finally had a reply from Klarna to inform us that they were refunding our payment as they heard nothing. I notice replies to recent bad reviews say they were closed until 16th, not what it said on the website. So why 10 days later have they still not contacted us? No phone number, dodgy addresses, mysterious email accounts not working, no customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Supposed to have 30 day money back guarantee and 1 years warranty. Not fulfilled. Order at your peril. Update, have since contacted Trading Standards to complain about this company.

Lack of customer service

Prior to order I emailed four times (on two different email addresses) requesting a delivery date. When I received no reply I placed an order based on the delivery period stated on the web site. (5-7 days). This meant it would arrive in plenty of time for my sons birthday. When it failed to arrive I emailed again and eventually received a reply advising me that my order would not be dispatched until the end of February. (5 weeks later than stated). Hoping the product is better than the customer service provided.

Extremely disappointing service

3 emails and a message left in their online 'chat' .. and no reply to anything.
I had ordered a saber for Xmas. The one that arrived was not what I had ordered. I informed them of this, then requested a refund.. no response.

Do not order from this firm. Obviously not to be trusted.

We received the saber in a box labelled…

We received the saber in a box labelled customisable saber and we received it in time for Christmas. Unfortunately when my 8 yr old son opened his present on Christmas morning he couldn't get it working nor could any adult in our family. There were no assembly instructions detailing how to put it together and my son was very disappointed. I have no idea what to do next! It was soooo expensive for a present just not to work

First off all I put the wrong address…

First off all I put the wrong address they changed it no problem. Then delivery was amazing I live in a place where getting things delivered can sometimes take weeks but this came within a week. The quality of the item itself was just amazing I will definitely be ordering again

Urgent

Neither Me - having Sent 8 emails to you - and UPS can get in contact with you for the refund. You dont even have a contact phone number at your website and really caused me problem. My order is still stuck at customs for 2 months and I can not deliver nor send it back to you (because you dont reply me and UPS import team) please fix this situation asap!!!

I had a really good time meeting Jedi…

I had a really good time meeting Jedi master sabers at our lightsaber club last week.

This is the second time they have came and is always fun.

Thank you for bringing me order with you and demonstrating all your other lightsabers you stock.

They always come highly recommended by the other club members for their quality lightsabers and fast dispatch time.

Never had an issue with mine and not heard of issues with any of our members.

Outstanding quality

Was a little skeptical after having issues with another lightsaber shop but heard some really good things about these guys, and the fact they are well known in the lightsaber circles.

My experience was a positive one. Will i be back for more, absolutely. Although likely to be next year.

Customer service and after sales is terrible. "Problems with the emails " is their go to excuse. Had my sabre for a few weeks, SD card failed. Contacted Sophie 21/08, waited a long time for a response. " sorry ! problems with emails " this time Michael 07/09. I was told I would receive a new SD card and a partial credit. Nothing arrived, contacted Sophie " sorry! problems with the email" Parcel arrived with my new SD card, no SD card, just some nuts and bolts, and a charging lead. Last email I have sent 10/10 , has still not been answered. Waiting for " sorry! problems with the email ".
They were quick taking my money, now I have an expensive sabre hilt. No response, No SD card, No refund! All I have now is an expensive handle. Do not waste your money ! You have been warned. I now have trading standards,, fighting my corner.
"Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty/doesn't match the description.

I would like a repair or replacement.

If you can't offer me either of these in a reasonable time, I would like a discount or refund."

Good experience as always

Our go to lightsaber shop as part of our lightsaber club and most of our 3000 members get their lightsabes from Jedi master sabers.

Never had any issues

Delivery is quick
Product always high quality
Probably over 5000 lightsabers purchased from them over our member base and only heard of a handful of issues ( all resolved within a few days )

Happy to continue shopping with them
