I hope this review is in the right place.

I returned home to my order being delivered a lot quicker than i though.

Very much appreciated as my grandsons birthday is tomorrow and so glad i can give him his lightsaber on the day.

I actually chose free 3-5 day delivery, and i must say, i really like the fact they upgraded next day free of charge when i mentioned it was an urgent gift.

I have no doubt that i will be back for more during christmas.

I would like to extend my thanks to the owner who phoned me up to let me know about the free delivery upgrade.

Avoid. Sabre doesn’t work and Jedimasters will not respond

Purchased sabre for Grandson.
Looks fantastic.
Opened on his Birthday and doesn’t work. Very basic instructions. No guides on website.
Took it apart as limited instructions suggest. Still not working. Wouldn’t buy again.

Edit. Still no response to emails or ‘chat’ requests.
They contacted Trust Pilot for order number etc as there was a suggestion this was a fake review.
I have provided order number as requested but still no response.
I have sent a further email. 3 x emails and 2 x ‘chat’

Edit: Still no contact from JediMasters.
They haven’t even acknowledged any of my emails. Absolute disgrace.

Edit: Still no reply or acknowledgement.
Have reported to my Credit Card and will let them deal with this awful excuse of a company. Utter disgrace

Edit: They just tried to remove this review as fake, however, I have kept all communications. Why not just apologise and resolve the issue? Awful behaviour.

I purchased my saber only a couple of…

I purchased my saber only a couple of days ago and arrived quicker than expected. The speed of delivery was one of the main reasons i went with them as im going away for xmas and needed a present to take along. The gift box is perfect and well built, so much so that it could be used for display purposes ( another important point ).

I was randomly recommended jedi master sabers by a checkout person at a well known toy shop brand who told me not to bother with the cheap plastic ones and go for one of jedi master sabers metal lightsaber designs as they are far superior.

He was certainly right. Considering a plastic disney lightsaber can cost up to £300 my luke v2 lightsaber only only £200 and is better in every way.

If you looking for a proper lightsaber for xmas, i'd say go here.

Seems like a scam

Seems like a scam. My sons mom ordered a lightsaber for my son for christmas the 5/11-22. They took the money but havent heard a thing since then. They dont answer any emails, and the ups tracking they provided shows they never send it.

Ordered a few lightsabers on the 25th of November and arrived the next day.

Have previously purchased and always had an excellent experience.

Just received my jedi portrait too which is incredible.

Happy with the outcome. They did everything to correct the issue

Firstly, i would like to apologies for my previous 1 star review. I pre-ordered one of your lightsabers back in October and did not check the delivery time.

I assumed there was an issue with my order and rather stupidly left a review without waiting for a reply from my previous correspondence.

After leaving the review, it became apparent that i had missed this vital information that was on the products top line description, and the checkout page, including the follow up email. This was completely my fault and i apologies for this.

It appears from some newer review that a handful of people had the same issue. If so, I'd check your follow up email and the products description as it is easily visible. Although any of the lightsabers that are pre -order only are clearly marked as such on the product title too.

Either way, my lightsaber arrived a few days ago and have to say that it was well worth the wait.

Arrived on time, well packed, came with free gift box and in perfect working order.

I will now recommend them to family and friends for Christmas.

I love this lightsaber

I love this lightsaber! It's the best one I've ever used. I use it all the time to practice my skills and become a Jedi master.

The saber feels great in hand and is super durable, and has a lot of fun features that most sabers don't have...I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Customer service is excellent

Delivery time on my pre-order was within time stated

No doubt will be back for more.

Ordered a light saber

I ordered a light Saber from Jedimastersabers and got a thank you for buying from them. Since I got a automated text saying that they were send out the product soon that they had a delay waiting on parts.
I have sent them more than 10 emails since I ordered the light Saber and NEVER received a reply of any kind except for two automated messages. I found their chat function and tried that but another automated text saying they would contact my email later, so far nothing.
As a retired policeman I began looking on line for info on them and found the email was registered to a house I looked up the address and found a residence at that address. Obviously they use the home as the email address and maybe work out of the home as well, I don't know for sure. At the present time I am looking for another way to contact them.
I have emailed them to send my Saber or issue a refund but again NO RESPONSE!
I will let you all know what happens in the future!!

I have been using my lightsaber now for…

I have been using my lightsaber now for a few months without any issues.

All in all i have over 8 lightsabers from them this year and everyone of them is flawless. The attention to details on the Luke, obi-wan and Graflex is perfect and completely screen accurate.

Have purchased a few for my nieces for Xmas.

All arrived within 48 hours of ordering.

My son will be over the moon with his Anakin lightsaber!!

As with other reviews here, my order took slightly longer to arrive than the 2-4 week pre-order window advertised back in October.

However, it was only 5 days late and received everything well in advanced of Christmas so I'm happy.

Lightsaber has been tested by my husband ( a little over tested if you ask me ;) ) and is absolutely amazing.

Customer service was excellent throughout and kept up to date of my order, including the possibility of it being slightly late.

Will no doubt buy one for my husband now, especially as they are in stock of the one i want.

10-10 highly recommended

Given up waiting and asked my bank to start the refund process . From my experience Poor communication , False promises and misleading delivery times .
due to your response I will state facts .
Ordered on 9th Nov
item stated in stock on your Web page when order was placed with 3 to 5 days delivery.
I paid for next day.
I sent my 1st email to you on 14th Nov,no response. Then again on the 17th Nov.
My 1st response was on the 18th Nov via a email sent out to most people waiting for there orders .
My next email was on the 24th Nov to which I admit you have responded to after 48hrs keeping me informed about my order.
In these emails you told me my item will be shipped on the 28th Nov .You've provided tracking info But my item still hasn't arrived . I have no faith that it will arrive so I won't be wasting any more of my time with this company .

However, to add factual information to this misleading review, I can confirm that your lightsaber was dispatched within the 3-week pre-order time advertised. Our continued correspondence over the last week has kept you updated on your order.

On Monday, the 28th of November, your order entered the Hermes courier system with next-day delivery. The following day ( 29th ), you received confirmation from Hermes that your package was at your local delivery centre and due out later that day. Sadly, due to courier delays, they did not attempt delivery.

On the 1st of December, you let us know that delivery had not been attempted and requested our assistance in getting in touch with Hermes. I can confirm this has already been done, and we await their response. However, delivery is expected within the next few days.

Although we appreciate your eagerness to receive your lightsabers, we appreciate that only correct information be provided.

However, please note, as per out personalised box top line description, this particular product comes with a 2-4 week dispatch time.

I can see that you ordered just less than 2 week again, so dispatch of your personalised box should be happening shortly.

I would appreciate if this was taken into consideration with your review, as our personalised boxes are completely hand made and finished and not rushed.

Delivery took far longer than expected…

Delivery took far longer than expected and very poor communication. I email many times and was never advised that I had place a pre order, my order confirmation email says standard delivery 3-5 days and no where on any contact I have from the company is there any information regarding a pre order

Very Unhappy!!

Very unhappy with my experience with this company. I paid for next day delivery so it would get here by the 15th to be told by the delivery company they haven't even received the parcel. What is going on??? I've emailed and got nothing from them. You would think spending hundreds of pounds on an item you'd get decent customer service.

Edit: I finally got my parcel. But after 4 emails it took my own mother to get ahold of them because they weren't replying days went by without a reply.

Haven't even arrived yet or moved on the tracking.... sent them an email, and got a rate your experience instead.
Still looking forward to getting my lightsaber, but the delivery time has been awful. I'm sure I've just been unlucky, but they still haven't answered my mail either.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Due to the extremely high amount of orders we are receiving, we have been forced to use an extra courier service. Due to several strikes from royal mail and Parcelforce, some of our shipped packages have been either delayed or lost.

As such, we will move away from them and back to UPS on all current and future orders.

In the meantime, I will have another lightsaber shipped out to you this week.

I appreciate your patience during this difficult and hectic period.

Avoid

After purchasing 2 sabers on july 19th and receiving 2 faulty sabers i returned them September 6th i heard nothing from them until eventually receiving an email saying they lost them and would send other sabers and a free one for my inconvenience. I have received NOTHING and no replies to many emails i have sent asking where they are.
Imagine it.
Buying hundreds of pounds worth of items online. Receiving faulty items. Never getting replacements or a refund. Criminal
