Like a lot of people, I was very skeptical about buying jewelry online, especially diamonds. I had already been to multiple stores looking at ENGAGEMENT RINGS but I was disappointed by the quality of the product I was being shown. If I wanted to spend a lot more money, I could get what I was looking for.

Then I found JeenJewels.com and I'm so glad I did. When I zoned in on the ENGAGEMENT RING I wanted, I couldn't wait for it to arrive.

When I received the ring, it was far far better than expectation. The online pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the ring.

I was very happy with my Jeenjewels.com experience and would recommend them 100%. I am taking time to leave a review now after my second purchase as after getting the engagement ring, I wanted to buy a matching wedding band.

I thought it would take be at least another 2 years to save the money for the band. Since the prices at JeenJewels were so low, I could have purchased the band right away in my budget which was a big surprise but I was being cautious. Hence I waited to get the engagement ring first and then order the band if I liked the ring.

I ordered a ring from jeen jewels on July 2 2017 for 49.99. Apparently the price was a typo and instead of honoring the price and sending me my ring, they simply refunded the money with no other communication and put the ring back in my cart at the correct price! As if I am going to buy anything from now. They should have honored the price or at the very least sent me an email apologizing and try and work something out with me but they did nothing. I have sent them an email but am still waiting for a response that I'm pretty sure will never come. Unexceptable! I will never do business with this company again and advised everyone else not to deal with shady company either!!

How can I begin to describe my journey to buy the perfect engagement ring. Tedious, Time Consuming and Long, I mean it, Long, Really Long. I mean c'on, you are looking for something that will be in the family, for life, for next generation. The pressure is on.

I'm the type of guy who will constantly second guess my own decisions, and his expertise and like to get explanations of EVERYTHING. I just bought an engagement ring from JeenJewels a few weeks ago. I had a very good idea of what I wanted, so I just wanted to find the best ring I could within my budget. I didn't have a lot of money to work with, so I contacted JeenJewels and asked for their assistance.
I was a little nervous that they would try to rip me off, but they did no such thing. They were very happy to help me find a great ring for not too much money. And when I compared the diamond and ring with other online retailers, the price was brilliant.

I decided to get a princess cut diamond, with one small round diamond on either side of the center stone. I thought this would be a good way to maximize my budget and get more diamonds. The center stone wasn't huge, only just over half a carat, and the two sides were about a quarter carat each. I was starting to get worried it wouldn't be enough until I saw it in person.
When the ring arrived and I opened up the box, I was amazed at what I found. All my worries were gone when I saw how beautiful the ring was! I can't wait to give it to my girlfriend!

Real Bride to Be, Real Purchase and Real Review - 5 Star

After going through most brand name jewelers online and finding out that we are out budgeted at most places, I was disheartened. I did not know what to do. I stumbled upon JeenJewels. I was tired of looking around but decided to give it a go. They had amazing selection of rings. I was astonished at the prices.

I had to email them to check if the diamonds and the sapphire, I was looking for a sapphire ring, if they were real. Sure enough they emailed back stating that the stones are Natural and Real. I felt a relief.
I checked their site for the next few days and listed my top 3 three rings. Asked them questions and got prompt reply from them. After thinking and rethinking and doing some more comparisons, i finally decided to purchase it.

The thought of wiring a significant amount money to a company you don't know scared me more than anything. My mind was put to ease with the easy process of purchase and constant updates on the item processing. They were ready to customize size it for me. I have big fingers.

Then came the day I got my tracking no. and I patiently waited for my package to arrive. I got the ring in my hands and I couldn't be more happy. It looks absolutely beautiful. I love the ring. More so cannot believe the price I paid for it. It is absolutely incredible.

Praises and Praises for JeenJewels - Beyond Pleased

I had ordered my forever ring from JeenJewels about 1.5 years ago. We were setting aside money for a wedding band ever since. We contacted Jeenjewels. The engagement ring was part of the set that we both loved.

We shopped and shopped around and were convinced we would not be able to get anything with diamonds in our budget and I was ready to settle for my Birth Stone Garnet.

We were able to find rings that we could afford in our budget in Garnet but I still wanted a diamond. I mean my heart was set for a diamond ring. We had decided we will probably wait and get one “sometime” when we could afford it.

This was all the case until we came across JeenJewels. I was flabbergasted at their low prices. We had spent about 8 months already looking for a ring and knew the ring styles and the prices at the local stores and online stores like the back of my hand.

When we came across JeenJewels, I could believe the prices. The settings were beautiful and prices more affordable than I could ever believe. I contacted them and asked if we can just get the engagement ring from the bridal set and may be order the band at a later time when we could. They gave an excellent price for the ring. We were able to get it right away.

The service was immaculate so far. I still had my doubts as the prices were so low and just felt too good to be true in my head all the while my heart wanted it so bad. I got my ring delivered and IT was no less than PERFECT. I loved it. I could not wait to show it to my fiancé. We were so happy. It seemed like a great omen to start our lives together in such a beautiful way.

We now went back to order the matching wedding band for me and now I have a complete set. In all honesty, if you are looking for a ring, just go with JeenJewels. I am able to afford this lovely DIAMOND wedding ring and band for the price that was a little more I would have paid for a Garnet ring.

It is beautiful.

JeenJewels ROCK STARS

My girlfriend had picked out the ring she wanted from the website jeenjewels.com. It seemed like a really great pick from the picture on the website and the return policy seems solid. (Still waiting for them to receive and issue refund). But when I received the ring, ahead of expected, the ring was of horrid quality, you could see the manufacturing flaws in the mold and a stone was missing out of the halo portion. It was worse quality than a Forever 21 ring for $3. F21 would actually be a better ring. In addition, the morganite was not at all of the quality pictured. The customer service seems to be fine at the moment, but if they do not issue my refund I will be using Paypal's to challenge it and get my money back.

We started out on the wrong foot (through no fault of JeenJewels). My son wanted to buy a ring within a very short timeframe and knew nothing about buying diamond rings. The ring he purchased was not satisfactory to me. I expressed my issues to JeenJewels and they worked with me to resolve any issues we had with the ring. Their customer service was outstanding by returning all my emails within a day. They upgraded the original ring to 14kt gold for a very reasonable price and the ring was delivered before schedule. In the end the ring was beautiful and we were very happy with it. Thank you JeenJewels.

We purchased my .75ct emerald cut morganite ring from Jeen Jewels in September 2016. We paid a modest $399 and were very excited for the ring to come. We ordered 9/15 and the "ship date" was 9/29. We received the ring on 9/21 via shipping from Canada. Here are some PROs and CONs of using Jeen Jewels:

PROS:
1. We actually did receive a ring, before schedule
2. Independent jeweler did confirm the size, and said the prongs, etc. were well made. We didn't "get screwed" at all.
3. My ring truly is beautiful, my center stone is bright, clear, and well cut
4. Budget friendly, You are going to get a killer deal
5. They did answer my e-mail to customer service in a timely manner

CONS:
1. The side diamonds are not SI1 grade, they are cloudy to the naked eye.. But for $399, I couldn't complain
2. This isn't "hand made", nor does it ship from Florida... These come from some factory in Canada. Be aware of that. We live in Michigan, so this didn't bother us.
3. I never received any certificate of authenticity. However, independent jeweler did confirm that this ring is real. You may want to do the same.
4. This ring DOESNT look like the photo. Photo had me believing that it was MUCH larger. We both were shocked at the small size. However, the description DID say it was .75ct, and jeweler confirmed it was .75ct.. Just READ the print people! Don't rely on the photo or expect the photo.

Overall, you're getting a nice ring at a discounted price. Expect some hiccups for a ring under $1000... You cannot go into this expecting amazing customer service and a flawless ring when you are paying so little. You get what you pay for! But truly, this is the best bang for your buck if you are on a tight budget. Overall, we are happy and my ring is very pretty.

Flawless Faultless Perfection

We have had three faultless experiences now buying from JeenJewels. Each time my questions have been answered in a timely & informative manner & they have gone out of their way to accommodate my wishes.

My sister found JeenJewels. They used it for their engagement ring 5 years ago. The ring was a show stopper. Everyone loved it so much. My brother and his girlfriend got their ring from JeenJewels 2 years ago and it is absolutely fabulous.

When the time came I made it very clear to my boyfriend that we will be buying our ring from JeenJewels. We did not have to spend anytime shopping around for setting or prices. They have the most adorable designs available. Its always a fight which ring to get. I had short listed 7 rings and really each one was better than the other. When it came time for me to begin researching an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I wanted to start at the local jewellery market. This is my second marriage, and my budget was considerably higher than when I was 22 years old. But little did I know, the higher budget in todays price, with inflation added, was somewhat closer to what I was back then.

First I determined the jewelry shops I’d be visiting on that Friday - I took an entire day off work, and headed into downtown with a small notebook, an idea of the type of band, setting, and cut of diamond I preferred, and a budget in mind.

My goal for that day was to be educated, not sold. And I was not swayed by the size, looks inside, or outside of any of the shops, and they did vary widely. Most stores showed me ring settings and diamonds that met my preferences and budget and presented options that I felt could be in-the-running as possible selections. Most were willing to customize the ring in any way all the way to a fully custom setting. So options abound and I felt like I could get exactly what I wanted at these two jewelers.

But I was still not completely happy or satisfied with my research so far. Most stores were eager to sell and I guess hoping to get their commission sorted for the weekend.
I had to spend more time now to search the ring online. I was slightly more experienced this time and did wish to fall into the trap and buy the first thing that seemed good.
I spent the entire weekend looking ring rings online. And then the ray of light, JeenJewels came on my screen. I was on the website for over 4 hours. I must have looked at all their rings. They have a beautiful selection and they offered customization. I penned down my first shortlist. I had a few questions, I got my answered very very swiftly from JeenJewels. This raised my level of confidence in them.

I was sure now that local stores, they are charging me atleast 3 to 4 times of the price that I can find here. The prices compared to all sites online were really low on Jeenjewels.

My girlfriend has two daughters - 19 and 13 and I wanted to get the two of them a matching piece of jewelry with similar gems as the engagement ring. My first thought was a tennis bracelet but realized that the cost would be out of my budget. Initially, I spent an exorbitant amount of time researching different stores to get my Engagement Ring. After all, you don't buy it everyday. Reviewing in-store was always a painstaking process which took up a lot of time. I then did some additional research online and encountered JeenJewels--an online jewelry vendor.

I thought to myself I couldn't possibly purchase an engagement ring online. After a few months of browsing their online inventory, looking at Rings at local jewelers, I finally settled on purchasing one of the JeenJewels Princess Cut 1/3 Carat Rose Gold Bridal Set. JeenJewels was very helpful in guiding me through the process. I made the purchase online and felt a huge relief as a major step in my life was finally complete. The ring was set to arrive just in time before the July 4th weekend.

Later the next day (Friday), I started receiving email updates on my emails and the making process .

I received my ring. It was even more amazing than the what I had anticipated. Everyone repeatedly compliments me on how stunning and amazing the bridal set looks. My fiancé doesn't care much for shiny jewelry but even he finds himself mesmerized by how beautiful the ring is.

For anyone hesitating to make a purchase online from JeenJewels--DON'T! Their items are simply stunning with customer service to match. Words can't describe how thankful I am. Found what I thought was a stunning ring for an extremely low price (listed as retail $1600 but selling for $679). Ordered the ring. It took FOREVER to arrive, they sent it to the wrong address, so I had to untangle that mess and ended up driving an hour to pick up my ring. When I received it, not only was the stone NOT the stone listed in the posting (it was supposed to be Morganite, which is pink) it was very obviously glass (it was chipped where the prongs held it in place and was loose in the setting). The plate job was crap (there were nicks and dings everywhere) and it was flimsy. Seriously, this was barely a $15 dollar ring and nowhere near anything you would pay over $600 for. I viewed the website for the return policy and emailed them notice that I would be sending it back for a refund (minus the 5.5% of the purchase price that they keep). They email you a mandatory refund authorization code which is only good until the next day and you have to have the package shipped postmarked by that day, pay insurance, and get a tracking number to send them. They make it a huge hassle to send the thing back. In process of sending it back now, will update depending on how that goes. My advice to anyone looking for good quality jewelry at a low price is to go to Overstock.com. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY on JeenJewels.. they are SCAM.

I really do not leave feedback for sites. I had to for Jeenjewels. They were fantastic in all aspects. She loved her ring, the price was well within my budget to help us get started with the wedding planning much ahead of our planned time. They customer service and timely response to the emails were very helpful. She said yes, I am a happy man soon to be a happy Groom. Thank you Jeen!

I paid over $700 as a down payment and never received a ring. I have called twice a day everyday as well but no results. I am a real person that lives in Orlando, FL all i want now is my money back! Never have gotten a response and I was supposed to have gotten the ring over a month ago do not give these crooks your money, they never even respond back via email either.

I proposed to my now wife with a ring from JeenJewelers, which was bought off Sear's website. Such an amazing price for a ring that seemed to be well worth the price.

We received the ring later than what seemed "normal" (2 weeks). Was not impressed with the quality but hey... It was only $379 and we wanted to get married.

Constantly, found ourselves at jewelers trying to fix the "diamonds" that had FALLEN out. Please be warned that these are fake and GLUED IN glass. After a local highend jeweler told us that we had been SCAMMED into believing that this was real stones and to quickly get our money back so we can use it towards another ring.

No real number to contact this company, the emails are vague, and good luck trying to get your money back. THIS IS A SCAM and you will be disappointed with yourself on throwing away money on a great memory!!!
