DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB SITE

I placed the order with an expected delivery of 11 days, now Day's on still no ring! i have tried calling twice every day but just get a voicemail service. after reading other peoples comment's i no longer want the item just a refund that seems impossible to get. i have contacted PayPal and my Credit Card company to try to get a refund that way.

Loved the design of the ring and the price was so reasonable. ..then it.took way loner than they advertised to get the ring. Fiance proposed the day it arrived and within 24 hours one of the smaller accent diamond FELL OUT.. not wanting to have to wait to have it repaired i just figured id live with it. I loved how it looked. Ita been only 2-3 months since then. THERE ARE 2 MORE STONES THAT HAVE FALLEN OUT!!!! Wish i had sent it back after the first one now its too late. And the rhodium dipping is useless or worse. The rings are white gold and still seem to turn my finger black?!?!?! The rhodium plating is rubbing off already and the rings look horrible. Will never order such important things online again... so sad.

JeenJewels, you guys are the best. You helped a guy who did not anything about rings and diamonds. You guys were recommended by my friend and I am so glad I came to you. Thank you so much. Had I known about you guys earlier, I could have been engaged a few months ago. Based on everything I saw at the mall and online, what I wanted to get for my queen, I had to spend months to budget for that. Now I am engaged almost 6 months ahead of time and I have money saved from the ring money for the cake and band. She saw the ring and honestly could not believe that I could buy such a beautiful ring. She is so happy. I didn't know it was possible but I think she loves me even more now. Thank you jeenjewels. The ring is beautiful and best of all, I could afford such a beautiful bridal set. She loves it. We both can hardly believe we could afford this lovely ring and are engaged now. Please save yourself the awful experience we had and do not purchase anything from JeenJewels. My fiance purchased a bridal set from them and proposed to me during a trip of a lifetime. The ring had such sentimental value but after having it for a few days, I started to notice imperfections including a small chip in the main stone. We were told to ship it back for repairs. We sent the rings back (had to pay $20 for shipping) and then were told the replacement stone was not in stock so they SCRAPPED THE RINGS! They said they thought I wouldn't want the same rings back, despite us explaining that we were hesitant to return them in the first place because of the sentimental value. THEY THREW MY RINGS AWAY!!!!!! I am devastated. We were never consulted on how we wanted them to handle the fact that they didn't have the stone in stock. They just "assumed." They should have never told us to ship the rings back in the first place if they did not have the stone in stock.

All of this came after all of the trouble my fiance went through trying to get the rings in time. It took months and months to ship and he he got them just in time to take on our our trip. That trouble alone would have been enough to leave a poor review but now this. Absolutely awful.

Also their website stating they have the "best customer service" is a joke. I would bet that any positive reviews you read are written by the company themselves. JeenJewels is a joke. Do NOT buy from them.

I have been looking for my ring for a long time. Its a big investment. I researched and found JeenJewels. You guys have been a god sent. You have such amazing engagement rings. I had a tough time deciding on which one to go with. and the best of all, I found such low prices that it all seemed to fit my budget. I did my research and you guys are the best. Thank you thank you thank you from a blushing bride. You made my wedding. Recommended to everyone I know. Thank you jeenjewels - Great company to work with.

I wasted 3 weeks getting the garbage they sent me, and another 2 getting my money back for the gum ball ring, which was not the one they advertised! "

Got my 2 carat bridal set princess ring from jeenjewels for my 10th anniversary gift. It has absolutely lived up to all my expectations. Beautiful and beyond .Any woman would love to have this. Made me a very happy wife. The clarity of the diamonds are perfect. I would definitely buy from this company again and again. Thank you so much. I have received so many compliment. I cannot believe the price we paid. Everywhere I looked, it would have cost me atleast 4 times the price I paid. Love it. Beautiful and lovely. I recommended jeenjewels to everyone I know.
