Egregious experience here. Sent me a damaged product. Slow to respond, when I followed up they told me to be patient. This is a highly unethical seller. They made a weak offer to compensate me for the damages. Then didn’t respond when I asked for just slightly more. I honestly cannot believe they are even in business they way they treat clients. I copied the president on an email and they asked me not to copy anyone else. Unbelievable.

I ordered a sports bar for my truck. It was being delivered within the state. The day after I ordered, I received an email from Fedex saying that my part would be delivered by end of day. It wasn't. I emailed Jeep and Truck Parts. They told me that it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. I called Fedex. I was told that there were numerous bar codes and they couldn't deliver the package until the seller contacted them. I contacted j%t parts again. I was told they were working on it. Two days later nothing. Package is still sitting in Fedex warehouse (40 minutes from my house). I called Fedex again, they said they have not been in contact with the seller. A week later I finally canceled the order and asked for a refund. Jeep and Truck Parts had horrible customer service. As the seller, they should have made sure that the product made it to the customer. I should not have had to call Fedex at all. I'll never buy from this company! Side note....I found the product for $80 less somewhere else.

Ordered EBC rotors, they arrived in terrible shape, deep scrapes, gouges and rust, which is just unacceptable for something they claim as new. They offered a discount to keep them, which I initially refused, but I realized it would take too long to get another set. I tried to revert to that option, and their customer service said that option was no longer available. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Jeepandtruckparts are terrible, avoid at all costs

Horrible return policy. Parts did not fit my application correctly. They charge 20% and call it a "buyers remorse" for returns. It definitely was not "buyers remorse . adding the shipping cost to return. And then, I if that was not enough, there was a 10% "special order fee! These new start up companies need some better business ethics.

It arrived quickly and in great shape. It fits the truck bed perfectly. Easy to install..have to make sure to place the Velcro in the correct spot for the lower portion of tailgate.

Ordered some Rigid ditch lights from them and had them wrapped and stored for a project. Thinking we were going to use them we tossed the original box. We ended up never using them and took pictures for the return prior to sending them. No scratches on the lights at all. They saw the pictures and had me (at MY cost) mail them for a return as they said they would return them. Waited over a week for any noise from them. Contacted them asking how long it would be (I know after xmas returns can be awful). Received an email the next day saying they were missing a washer ($.20? max) and there were scratches (again, sent pictures - with no scratches- which they okayed and told me to send them back). Let Rigid Industries know the companies name (sadly they couldn't do anything as we did not buy the lights from them but said if there was anything faulty with it they would handle the warranty). Not happy at all as we paid to have them shipped after they had seen the pics and said to send them to them. No phone number to call to try and actually talk to anyone regarding this or to request reimbursement for shipping.
