Beautiful Woden made pieces. Very good level of difficulty. It arrived really fast. Within 30 days after submitting my order.

I’ve order 3 times already, and would do it again. I have 8 different shapes and models.

Needs much better packaging! Need Boxes! Needs bigger pictures ! Unfortunately with no boxes a few of the puzzles peace’s are broken ! Other wise ok !

Reeived nothing but very poor excuses. Lost money i could not afford ro lose as was a gift and bought jigsaws for unique shape and challenge but would fit on table across bed as i have a number of serious health issues so really disappointed. They then send messages asking how have tney done when they have not dispatched items ordered 16 February, no tracking number, pathetic excuses. Terrible experience, the only thing they are good at is conning people out of their money. Worst experience guaranteed

Our puzzles ordered so time ago were delivered by courier on Wednesday the 29th of March. It took a long time to arrive - but all is in order - and my wife (the puzzle-builder) is delighted. Thanks

I ordered & paid for my puzzle in December 31, 2022 and here we are now in March 2023 and I still have not received it even multiple communications with the company.

The puzzle is beautifull but the person who decide the sort of pakaging is ..... (not intelligent). We recive the puzzle in a beautiful fabric bag but this one was in a poor plastic bag!!!! and some pièces of the puzzle were broken. Its a pity wasting à good task with a bad packaging.

Delivery took more time than expected. Size is much more smaller than I thought, half of the inches size chart. Came in small bag, not a box. Sorry because your pictures are beautifull.

DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A PUZZLE IN NOV 2022 AND NEVER RECEIVED BUT THEY DID TAKE MY MONEY. TOTAL SCAM....BE WARNED

I ordered two medium puzzles that came fairly promptly to Australia. Whilst l am happy with the puzzles themselves, they did not come as marketed in a beautiful box. They just came in flimsy cloth bags. Also the picture they supply is very small and hard for you to use as a reference when completing the puzzle.
Overall it was a good purchase. The pieces fit well together and it was enough of a challenge to be enjoyable.

I was disappointed with the size of the pieces ordered medium but pieces were very small and I thought they’d come in the lovely box shown in the advert and they came in a small bag :(

It arrived well, at the indicated address and on the proposed date, which I appreciate because it was to make a farewell gift.
It looks small, but I already knew that, the pieces are firm and only that the sample photo looks a little small, but it is possible to assemble it.

Ordered 2 puzzles before December…. Have not received them. Pretty clear this is a scam.

I've placed my order 30 Nov 2022 with Jeff/Eric Puzzles . The delivery was given as my home address, the item was delivered to my post-office more than 7weeks after ordering - no specification to which post-office. In South Africa the post office barely exists, now way of getting anything through them. 11 weeks later & still don't have what I ordered & I am out R635,00. Only response I get from Jeff/Eric Puzzles is that they are investigating the issue. Bottom line; referring to some of the other reviews as well - DON'T ORDERING ANYTHING from Jeff/Eric Puzzles
