I purchased two puzzles - they arrived although it took longer than the expedited delivery I paid for. The puzzles were packed in a flimsy plastic envelope with cheap cloth bags inside. As a result both puzzles had many broken pieces. I asked for a refund and now I am in some bizarre negotiations with them about how much. The actual quality of the puzzles seems OK but sadly, it is mistake to buy from these folks.

I ordered a puzzle. I paid the most expensive posting option to get it in time for Xmas. I did not arrive at all despite receiving an email stating the goods had bee delivered (?!). The money was of course taken from my account. I sent an email inquiring about the goods and requesting a refund. I got an automated response saying they were looking into it. I never heard from them since them. The money was not refunded. The goods have arrived yet.

Neve received my parcel, was a gift for my sister, so was very unpleasant. Asked for refund and didn't follow my request either.

My package never arrived, I gave them an explanation of what the shipping reference said and they only answered emails to verify it. The package was delivered in another state of the country and the order was carried out correctly.

I never received my order and I am totally disappointed. In the shipment it says that I received it and that is a big lie

My order has not arrived and you just have to send me mails so that I can value you. I have asked you many times what happened to my order and I do not know anything. Well my rating is 0. You are a scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order & was given a tracking number that belonged to someone else's package. Jeffpuzzle suggested that I contact random post offices in that area to try to hunt down my package, which seems ridiculous as I paid a shipping fee to have MY package delivered to MY address. Very disappointed as I am now in the process of trying to get a refund from Jeffpuzzle, but based on previous reviews I have read, I guess that'll never happen either. What a joke.

Received puzzle however it has missing bits. Emailed them multiple times and received the same reply over and over again.
Doesn't seen that anyone understands my problem.

I Like the product, very different from normal.

Horrible product and even worse customer service. They do not stand behind their product.

I purchased several puzzles (over $100) in December 2022 for gifting and personal use and immediately received 6 requests (annoying) for me to review company and puzzles so here goes.

I completed the first puzzle which I paid $23 in Jan 2023, but it had 3 broken and missing pieces. I immediately contacted seller with pictures and I was offered a whopping $5 credit toward future purchases, but I would be responsible for shipping costs. I told them not acceptable, I wanted my money back or the puzzle to be replaced . They responded and offered me a $10 credit but I would still need to pay shipping. I told them to keep their worthless $10 credit .
I purchase a puzzle that was broken, poor quality and NOT gift able, when It should last a lifetime.

I do not recommend doing business with this company .

We paid for a puzzle on 11/22/22 - said 7-10 days delivery. Today is 1/19/2023 and it has not arrived, so we are contacting our credit card company for refund as this company has not honored and returned our money.

I like puzzles that I ordered, they are bright and amazing. It is a bit difficult to start combining the parts because they are small and the picture of the puzzle is also too small to see from where to start.The problem that I see is that you send the puzzle in a material bag. The parts of puzzle is too gentle so they break easy( that is what happen to me). In your ad the puzzle was in a box. This is the best solution for the gentle parts and also it will be more presentable if someone whats to give a gift.
