great quality make up

great quality make up! not a fan of jeffree themselves, but their make up is great! arrived in the netherlands within a month, no extra fees during delivery.

Great first experience

I ordered a myster box and I'm in the UK.

It arrived within 10 days, nothing was broke, nothing was missing, it was a perfect first experience :)

I was spectical about ordering because I didn't know how long it would take or how it would arrive but it was great, deffo be ordering again.

Poorest customer service

Poorest customer service

My experience is not good I'd immediately contacted the company after placing online order. My orders totalled $303.20 and was charged $91.19 in shipping charges. Then taxed on the entire amount again. I'd requested to cancel all but was provided a lame excuse that it was processed. The customer service lacks customer service. I too will be contacting bank dispute charges and Amazon Pay.

During Corona

Pretty much the same as everyone else is saying.
The website is definitely trustworthy, and I know I will receive a package at some point, and the products are really good.
BUT I ordered the package over a month and a half ago. It says the package will ship within 2 or 4 days, and it will arrive within two weeks or something around that. They don't write anything, so I've had to write them several times to make sure my package has not been forgotten. Besides it takes more than two working days for them to answer. Now, I understand this is because of covid, but I would have liked at least an email reassuring me that my package actually is on its way...
Also, Ive ordered the package to Norway, because I've stayed here for two months now, but I live in Denmark, and I just hope I get my package, before I go home....

2 months, still no products.

It’s been two months and I haven’t received my order. I understand Covid restrictions, but if that’s the case don’t say that your products will ship in 1-2 business days. I also live in the states so I don’t understand why it would be taking this long. I received my SHEIN order weeks ago and ordered that around the same time. To date every single order that I’ve placed through JSC has either been broken or never arrived.

It’s just baffling that us as consumers spend hundreds of dollars on this expensive brand and get the worst consumer experience imaginable.

Sends me a broken mirror
When eventually replied said they'd send replacement, asked about taxes/duties as I'm in uk and was told to pay then send them receipt for refund, Um no as the buyer who received a defective item it's the responsibility of the seller to provide replacement at NO EXTRA cost to buyer or provide a refund, Will never buy from here again and strongly advise anyone in uk to instead purchase from Beauty Bay

I placed my order and now has been over 3 weeks and my order has not changed processed or nothing still have not even shipped this web site is FALE AND FRAUD Jeffrey Star web sites are fake do not make any purchases with this guys they steal ur money and don’t send ur items nore will they cancel your items even when that is just sitting not even being processed yet Customer response is TRASH and bad customer service i cannot believe i fell for this bull crap never thought this would happen when u have a big iconic makeup artist behind this but it goes to tell you don’t fall for no one just because their well known SMFH… Waist of time and lots of money Ridiculous.UNACCEPTABLE his websites will be reported and will be investigated ..So sad such a big fan now my toughs are the opposite …

I ordered a hundred dollars worth of…

I ordered a hundred dollars worth of products and they have a huge problem on getting back to me with a tracking number and they basically told me to f off and won't help me with my purchase. So in the end I just gave them money and did not receive anything.This is the worst customer service I ever had and I will never buy from this place again. This place is a scam. This is why I go to Sephora.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I needed more setting powder and saw if you spent $40 got a free supreme gloss. I went ahead and ordered two setting powders to get the gloss and was excited to try it. The settings powders were the only thing to arrive. Contacted customer service and was told to send a picture of the product in question and a piece of mail with my name on it(strange). As the product in question never arrived I sent a picture with the rest of my order. I was told nothing else could be done as it was scanned in on their end. Okay but it clearly didn’t make it into the box. I’m sure I’m not the only customer caught with this scam tactic to get you to spend more.

I normally can't afford Jeffree Star…

I normally can't afford Jeffree Star cosmetics so when I shop for his brand, I always wait till I have some extra money to treat myself. I have yet to have a bad experience, sorry so many others have. I can only speak for myself. The products are BOMB! And the customer service has been good about replying. Delivery was not long either. Unlike another beauty site I ordered from at the same time I placed my order with JSC. But that's a separate review.. I have the Blue Blood and the Blood Sugar palettes, supreme pigmentation, easy to blend. I have a few liquid lips, they stay on all day and do not dry my lips out. Now I have 2 of the lip balms, a supreme gloss, and the illuminating setting powder. I played with everything, of course! The lips balms are so pretty and left my lips feeling really soft. The supreme gloss smells like vanilla cupcakes! Very creamy, too. And the setting powder left my oily skin looking soft and airbrushed. Mind you, I'm 44 yrs old and it looks really pretty. I also got to treat myself to the green faux crocodile backpack I have been wanting since it first came out. Loving it!

Bankrupt? Or Stupid?

I don’t know if Jeffree is losing money and his company is not where it once was . But as a customer I was shipped a busted cremated palette , two cracked pans. I didn’t reach out to customer service because I already have a cremated palette I just wanted a back up cause my other shadows started crumbling as well.

I also placed an order for a hydrating glitz lip balm two weeks ago and had to remind them
To ship it … I think his prices are expensive for the awful shipping . + I can assure they’re losing money because never did jefrree pack collections in other collection boxes meaning the packaging is always to the palette .. or collection. Now it’s whatever he can throw together. I absolutely have no idea why he keeps coming up with new collections if he can’t fulfill what orders he already has. BIG FAIL.

Worst customer service experience ever

Worst customer service experience ever. I'm missing product and customer service has been terrible. They have been rude and seem to care less. They seem to care less for the people who spend hundreds of dollars on items. They refuse to admit they could make mistakes. They are too busy being snarky. At this point I'll buy it second hand next time. At least I know I'll get it and I won't have to deal with their entitlement.

My order got lost & JSC won't help me- AVOID COMPANY

I ordered a Halloween Deluxe Mystery Box for $151.57 on October 15th. The merchant shipped the box on October 17th via DHL e-commerce and I thought all was good. Well, on October 20th, my tracking stopped moving and hasn't updated since. All it's shown for the past 13 days is "en route". 5 days ago, I contacted both DHL and Jeffree Star Cosmetics to find out what to do. DHL told me to contact the merchant as they weren't able to do anything. The customer service team wrote back with the following message:

Hey Emmicah,

We apologize for the delay with your courier here. We looked into your tracking and it looks like it's showing movement! Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns and have a wonderful day! ⭐️

Mind you, my tracking hadn't shown anything beyond "en route" for EIGHT DAYS at the point they wrote back. Now it's almost TWO WEEKS that it hasn't moved, and even though I emailed again, they refuse to reply back. All I wanted was a trace or something done and instead, I get a reply that didn't solve anything. My box was only going from California to Nevada, so there's no way it should take 2+ weeks to get here, even with slow shipping times. I don't want to be forced to file a chargeback but I'm not going to be out $151.57 for empty air. Long story short, avoid this company. There's no reason to treat people who spend hundreds on your products this way and especially since all I wanted was a trace done. If the company can trace my box and figure out where it went so I can get it, I'll update my review. Otherwise, this will stay and I'll also file a complaint with the BBB.

Like Talking To A Brick Wall…

I purchased a Velvet strap lipstick that arrived damaged. It must have cracked near the base because the lipstick was very “wobbly”. I contacted customer service in which I was asked to submit evidence and a photo of the invoice (or a piece of mail with my name on it). I sent a video and the photo as requested but they continued to ask me to submit this information over and over again and then telling me they can’t be sent separately. I sent them in the SAME email! They are dilly dallying around and refusing to address the matter. Worst ever! I have made a lot of purchases from JSC but not anymore of this is how they treat their customers.

Products hit or miss, customer service absolute nightmare

Start with positive: The eye shadows are stunning, pigmented and good to work with with a long wear time. The liquid lipsticks are also long wearing. That's it.
Other products like the Velvet Trap Lipstick (black; see through, not buildable) or the eye pensil (you couldn't put that much preasure on your eye that it's working)

But the last thing, that killed this brand for me, was the customer service!
Bought the mystery summer box. After 2 weeks it surprisingly said it would already be in germany but it missed every other step from america. I thought "well, they will just put it in later." After 2 weeks I called the post service. They told me that the package didn't arrived and must have been newly franked cause they can't find it anymore. So I contacted the customer service and this is where the "fun" began.
After saying, they would look into the problem, every E-Mail (3x) told me that "they looked into it and the package shows movement".
I contacted PayPal to get my money back at this point.
The next E-Mail (after PayPal contacted them) gave me a "new and updated tracking number" which was the exact same than before.
I asked them if they think, I'm stupid and made screenshots for PayPal.
After this finally they told me, that "my package seemed to be lost and they would be so sorry". They could a) send a new package or b) give me my money back.
I told them that, after all this, I want my money back. This is not worth my time.
There are other brands out there. :)

Star Lounge

I ordered from the star lounge from Belfast and it took less than 5 days to get to me. If you are looking at the hoodies or the grinders I highly recommend those and the smoke clips. They are all really high quality products. Also that new Lip Balm (Roses) is great!

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU’RE IN THE UK

Ordered two velour liquid lipsticks on the 30th of June. My parcel has not moved since that date but I still keep getting told “it’s in transit”. Well, it’s not as I have contacted DHL myself who have emailed me back saying that they don’t even have the package yet! I have requested a refund but nobody seems to want to do this and just keep saying that the tracking is showing movement when it isn’t! If anyone from JSC reads this, please contact me about processing my refund ASAP

**UPDATE 24.7.2021*^

After getting no response, I finally resorted to contacting my bank and requesting a chargeback. My bank, having seen the evidence, refunded me within 48 hours. During that time, a customer service representative from JSC contacted me to say they were going to contact the courier (DHL) to find out where my package was. Within minutes, the tracking number was no longer recognised on their systems. It’s now obvious that DHL were telling the truth, the package never even arrived with them despite 22 days of waiting and JSC telling me it was “showing movement”. Absolute liars! My advice to anyone ordering from the UK is simply DON’T DO IT unless you want to be lied to for weeks on end. I would just like to state that DHL are in no way to blame for any of this, the blame lies entirely with JSC.

I ordered the supreme mystery box (spring) in April 2021, and it still hasn’t arrived, we are in June now I have email Jeffree stars customer service over 15 times and also the company who is delivering it and all they keep telling me is it’s in transit, which it’s been in since the 4th may! It’s so shocking that we spend all this money on your products to either not come or be broken and to be told there is nothing you can do about it! Yet your bringing out new products and sending them out before your other customers have even received theirs maybe you should sort out the shipments before bringing out new products I was so excited to get my mystery box and now I will never order from you again and thank god I went through my bank to get my money back! Don’t ever order if you live in the uk

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, I sent an email on April 28, and another on June 13. It is June 18th and I have not received any emails back.

Over the past few years, I have received broken or empty products, poor quality products, and products that seem to be a scam; I am extremely disappointed and will not support this company anymore as they don't treat us as valued customers.

Terrible company.
