Love the company and most of all, amazing products.

I truly believe JS liquid lipstick is hands down best on the market.

As far as costumer service goes, I haven't had any issues so I wouldn't know, but the fact I never had issues ordering speaks volumes.

The pricing is not even truly high end, but the formulas are better than any luxury make up.

I have the thirsty, jawbreaker and bloodlust palette along with a queen supreme liquid lipstick and blue raspberry sucker lip scrub, every time I order products from JSC the quality is always amazing.
I highly recommend buying JSC products

Had the King Tut Skin frost for over 2-3 years now, hasn’t even hit pan yet and has more than 3 times worth of product than i have used over these years left. I am amazed by how much product comes in these, such high quality highlighters and have yet to come across one that is as blinding and skin like as this.

Ordered the Queen B- lip bundle. Recieved it REAKING like paint thinner so bad I actually had to open the kitchen window and take the box outside to "air out" I emailed customer service and they just chalked it to "vegan products" but I...didnt realized vegan products ment to be made with paint thinner. Also "royal armor" wont even swatch- completely dried.

The blood sugar pallet From jeffree Star came 3 days early it’s really pigmented which I love. The colors are soft too the touch not Clumpy like other brands well worth the money I spent I will defiantly be buying from him again.

I love the products but the launches are so ridiculous when I’m even early checking out. I swear they put me on a list to exclude me or something because I can never get anything I want from there on launch days or restocks. I wait 40 mins on my phone just to tell me it’s sold out and I’m not getting it. Thanks a lot. They treat me like garbage in my opinion.

Yes you may have to wait for a while to get products (I didn’t have this issue) and yes they are frequently sold out but that is because the quality of the products is unparalleled. The lipsticks are the best I have ever used ever and I’m an avid lipstick user. The highlighters are amazing and light me up like the gates of heaven. The palettes are pigmented and blend-able.
The products themselves are fantastic 🤷🏼‍♀️

Its bit ridiculous that they make low stock on everything honestly its a bit ridiculous that they are always sold out of everything poor service

I have waited 4-5 months for my conspiracy theory pallet and it still hasn't arrived and it's now nearly June, I have emailed the customer service 5x over the past few months but I haven't heard nothing from them. And it's still saying it's in transit but it's been saying that for the past 3 months now, I can't contact them aka ring them as it's a American phone number and I'm from the UK. And I don't know what else to do. I get that the Pandemic has happened but I've ordered this wayyyy before the Pandemic has even happened.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is AWFUL. I spent $152 and my order still has not been shipped out after a month. I contacted customer twice, once was an actual response, the other was a copy and paste of an email sent to all their customers. They keep saying that I'd get my tracking number in 3 to 10 days but I never do. They sent out PR for the jew cremated collection faster than they're sending out orders that people actually paid for. This will be the first and LAST time I ever order off of Jeffrees site, next time I'm just gonna order his stuff off of beautybay, at least they can actually ship things on time. I can understand a delay from covid19 but its ridiculous that they can send PR faster.

I ordered from the 4/20 merch on 4/21. Tshirt, mirror, drug lord and a concealer. It is now 5/21, no order, no tracking, NADA. All items are fast sellers or sold out and I’m out $131. Glad I was able to put a tank of gas in his Lamborghini. I understand the pandemic delays, but I’ve had FIVE orders come from Morphe (California warehouse) that were ordered after this order was placed at JSC. It’s sad because I’m a supporter of him and the brand. I’ll just have to wait for items to hit the Morphe site and forget about any exclusives.

So I bought the Blue Blood palette, Blood Sugar and 4 of his lipstick and I am so in love!!! They are so pretty and buttery!! My favorite color is blue so I'm in love with Blue Blood. I just placed an order for the mini conspiracy and 2 other puppies. I can't wait!!!! Also the shipping was super fast, it only took me about 2 days after ordering to receive my package!

Everyone needs to stop complaining about orders not being shipped when placed after March 19 2020 until California lifts its safer at home order that does NOT allow Jeffree star cosmetics to be functioning! It is stated on the website that THEY CANNOT SHIP UNTIL IT IS LIFTED it also states cannot process returns exchanges or refunds until the state of California allows them to being shipping again. This is completely out of anyone’s control and government mandated! They cannot do anything in this time be patient and don’t give an awful review due to a massive pandemic! The workers should be put at risk because you wanna do makeup well in lockdown

I accidentally pressed Apple Pay for an order to be shipped to the UK but I emailed them saying to cancel it and give me my money back, they say 3-5 business days it has not been 8 business days from them saying that it is being processed, they have ignored my emails and they say speak to your bank but my bank can’t do anything until it says pending on my online banking so I don’t think I’ll get my money back!! I NEED BILLS TO PAY. I just want to phone them and get this sorted but they don’t even have a contact customer service number a mean I can’t wait about for 3 days just to get a reply I need to sorted now

Don't get me wrong I really like Jeffree star. I decided to get the conspiracy palette on the mini launch they had. I was able to get one the same day blood lust launched. It took almost 3 to 4 weeks just to get my shipping tracking number. I had to message them. The costumer service was exteremly rude. after they replied I still waited 8 days then I finally got my tracking shipping info. when it was shipped only took two days to arrive to my house.

I order a pallet that he advertise on his YouTube channel , it seem very vibrant and flawless but when I got my package it seem like it was the opposite I feel the one advisement was a stunt

First off my order took 2 months to arrive. Secondly i had zero contact from the company. I reached out over all platforms being email, twitter, instagram and facebook. Not one single reply.
Thirdly, I spent $200 hard earned money after being a long time fan and excited to support what i thought was a incredible make up brand.. to have my palettes and no colour pay off. Blue blood 0/10 stars. I dont know how Jeffree rules youtube, and why there are no bad reviews? they are god awful. All colours wash into one faded same blue colour. The lighter pastells do not show up AT ALL, the fall out is a joke. The shadows with a good primed base came off my eyes within 3 hours of wearing. Mind you, i've spent since January trying to get use out of this palette to justify my money and i just cannot!!
The lipstick were okay, the stain makes it almost not worth it. The actual tubes and applicators felt like the were from Ali-express.

After many years following him, i am now realising how much of a lie these companies are.

My very first order never arrived and the company told me it wasn’t their problem. Needless to say, it was my first and last order.

Well I can’t believe I’m saying this but after this I no longer support Jeffree Star. His customer service team are thiefs and liars all hired under HIS name. I ordered two of the infamous concealers and had an issue with my address so they sent it back, they “refunded me” Jeffree Star cosmetics sent me an email saying they had processed a refund for my order and that it would take up to 3 days to appear in my bank account. I waited 5 days and never saw a dime from them so I started to email them asking about it I was very polite. They said that it had processed and that if I had any questions go contact my bank?? Like FIRST of all it’s not my banks fault, THE COMPANY issues the refund NOT my bank. So there I go calling my bank specifically now that most call centers are close due to Corona Virus and wait hours for these poor customer service people from my bank to answer my questions about why the money wasn’t appearing in my account. They told me not once but two separate times after more than 6 days that there was no trace of refunded money from Jeffree Star Cosmetics.
So then I email Jeffree Star Cosmetics once again and tell them that they indeed have not given me back my money, they then continue to send me a TRANSACTION ID ??? Saying oh tell your bank to look it up like this and to “manually process your refund” that is literally impossible my bank does not have the fault here. The so called transaction id they gave me was this “re_1GOVJtAf9agez2hoVLHkmfwk“ like why? They expect my bank to know where to apply this? This is ridiculous! So I let my bank know that they gave me this “transaction id” and they were just as confused as I was. So then my bank has filed a claim again Jeffree Star Cosmetics to get my money back. I will never buy from Jeffree Star again, his so called customer service team knows exactly what they are doing no wonder he is so rich I wonder how many other people have gone through the same thing.

This db during this time in all our lives 3/2020 puts out a video that many MANY young people watch. What's he do, he hugs people showed zero respect to what our country is going through. Showing the young people that watch him, go ahead be close, hug people coming to your home.... He is an absolute a**h***!
