I got the Blood Lust & Conspiracy…

I got the Blood Lust & Conspiracy Pallets and MAJOR fallout on both the pigment isn't great you have to keep applying to get it to show up how you want it. Certainly not worth over 50 damn dollars. I regret buying.

Well beyond my expectations.

I ordered my products on Friday, they got here on Wednesday, which was way faster than I expected. The quality is amazing, the Blood Sugar Palette smells faintly sweet, which is much nicer than the chemical smells that usually come off of palettes. The color payoff is intense, the shadows are smooth and buttery, leaving almost no fallout. I also purchased a Fully Nude Velour Liquid Lipstick; the color is gorgeous, the coverage is intense with just one coat, and it feels like nothing on your lips. I am so, so happy and I can't wait to grow my JSC collection!

I purchased a few liquid lipsticks due to being a fan of Jeffree. The packaging is really good but the product itself just feels really cheap and low quality. I don’t think these products are worth the hype.

I didn’t want to take it this far but…

I didn’t want to take it this far but I’m honestly that disappointed. Don’t waste your money on the Blue Blood palette. For months I have struggled with trying to do up looks with it, the powder falls straight off your skin and doesn’t stick to any brush I’ve used, I need to plaster it on my eyelid with my finger to actually get some results. I’m so angry that I wasted so much money on a pallet that looks stunning! But does absolute crap for your face.

i ordered blood lust palette and the shipping says 5 to 7 business days it's been 5 buss days and I still have not even received a email with the tracking so how in the world will it ship to me within 7 days when it hasn't even been processed it says unfulfilled in my status on the website what the hell is going on! For 70$ I should at least be able to track my purchase and it seems it hasnt even be seen yet I've never ordered from jsc or tried it but this 1st impression ain't it! hes almost a billionaire shouldn't his shipments be on point? expand n hire more help!! please!

I'm in love with this pallete

I'm in love with this pallete! Very pigmented, blends well & last all day. The colors are amazingly beautiful! I would recommend this pallete, definitely worth the money.

Shipping is awful

I always get the tracking update a DAY before my package arrives!! It usually comes in 2 weeks after I place my order, which sucks because everyone else seems to be getting their orders before me. I love the brand and company, but sheesh! You'd think a multi-million dollar business would have good shipping by now

Forgot an item, won’t admit fault.

I love Jeffree Star, and have never had any issues with any orders I’ve ever placed.
I ordered the bloodlust collection and blood sugar and also the 5 year limited edition androgyny VLL.. everything came except the little lipstick.
When I emailed customer service, they had me provide the packing slip, along with a picture of my box with the label and all my items in it for proof. ... okay. Still doesn’t prove anything.
They then responded with something like “sorry, our shipping department says they scanned it in. We can’t help you unless you want to file a claim with your parcel”
Uh, no. My box arrive in one piece. Nothing happened to it besides the fact that they FORGOT an item in my box and refuse to believe me.

Huge supporter. But probably will not be buying anything for a very long time unless his customer service department improves.

I get it. Lots of people buying his make up, but the odds that a limited edition (now sold out) item is missing from my box, it’s just a little fishy.
It’s like airlines. They overbook and then blame you for their mess up.

I’ll be filing a claim with my bank.

Ordered a valentines mystery box and…

Ordered a valentines mystery box and there was a mix up with the USPS tracking. I was receiving tracking updates and it showed my package was delivered in another state. I reached out to JSC customer service via email. This was almost a month ago and have yet to receive a response from them. Luckily, I ended up receiving my package but it doesn’t sit with me well knowing that their customer service won’t reach out to help you or check on you. Not good business.

dont get the bad reviews...

I love Jeffree Stars products and I have always had great experiences with his customer service. In my opinion the negative reviews seem to be a bit extreme and a little petty.... I get it your makeup was late and you had a rude person answer your call, but Jeffree can’t micromanage everyone who answers the phone and the customer service and people who are shipping are dealing with thousands of orders and customers. This last launch he had 17 THOUSAND people in line for his blood lust collection just on his site alone and I’m sure around the holidays it’s just as busy, so complaining that they didn’t answer you fast enough or that the site was slow is kind of ridiculous. Let me see you answer 17+ thousand people in a week or 2 and the best site out there is going to be slow when you have thousands shopping at the same time. He also had over a million dollars worth of makeup stolen from his warehouse and it was a huge deal and I’m sure it took a while to get to the bottom of it... try to be a Little more understanding of what it takes to run a multi million dollar company.

Worst shopping cart experience

Worst shopping cart experience. I haven't experienced slowness like this since the 90's. Seriously needs to spend some of that money on proper infrastructure to show he cares about his fans and customers. In this day and age of knowing when you have a sale and not planning for it accordingly is unacceptable. It's taken 30 minutes to just load the cart and the Credit Card section still hasn't shown up. Had to use PayPal instead for payment.

Lovely makeup and colours but had a reaction

Really enjoy playing with the makeup, there's some great colours. However I've noticed that if you don't use a primer for more than 1 day then it's causing rashes on my eyelids. This has happened a couple of times but especially this weekend I've had a very bad reaction with red, swollen, itchy eyes. Have not been using any other products recently so can only assume this was the cause as it has happened before even if more minor. Take caution before using! Would have thought using primer first was more of a luxury or making sure the colour stays longer rather than protecting your eyes from a reaction...

Easy checkout service but..

I had only ever purchased from this site once before and had no issues at all. I was expecting it to be a nightmare trying to order one of the mystery boxes, but I had a very smooth checkout process! I have only dropped one star off of this review as when I got to the checkout, after waiting in line, unfortunately the box with clothing had run out of stock of the size I had chosen so I had to go for the lesser box instead. Despite this, very easy ordering and checkout process!

He's my absolute favorite!

He's my absolute favorite, my top favorite brand and company! I've never had a problem with his website or checking out. Even with mystery boxes or launch days. Everything is amazing quality and I would 100/10 buy from him again and again!

I will not give Jeffree a bad review, but

I will not give Jeffree bad review or anything other than 5 stars, but the website really did me wrong today. ;/
Re: was paying with credit card and my supreme box was removed from my Cart, as I was adding my credit card expiration date.

I am really confused and upset, I had to be one of the first or close to it, to add ALL three boxes to my cart. I took off of work today just to be able to purchase them. I was ordering all three of the mystery boxes. I had them in my cart, I added my credit card number, my three digit code on back and almost finished putting my card expiration date in, when a pop up message out of no where stared A box was just then removed from my cart because they sold out. It was in my cart how in the world can they take it from my card as I’m almost completed paying for it?
I  was putting in my credit card expiration date in was in process of putting the year in and I would have been finished. 
I will enclose the pop up message stating they removed the supreme mystery box from my cart because they just sold out. As I stated I know I had to be one of the first Or close to it to of added them to my cart and I had already put my credit card number in and was adding the year of the expiration date. How in the world can they remove it from my cart and sell it to someone else, while I’m putting two last digits from my credit card ex date in? Please help me understand this? ;( I want to buy a supreme, it was wrong of them to remove it from my cart as I was paying for them.

Worst order fulfillment and customer service.

Great product, but horrible order fulfillment and customer service.
Ordered my package on November 29th and at the time was notified that it would be shipped within 10 business days.
Once 10 business days had passed (13th of December) I emailed their customer service only to receive the automatic reply, that it will take another 3 business days for them to reply. Needless to say - they never did.
On December 14th I received another automated message, which now read that my order would be sent out by December 18th. This again was not true and my package was supposedly sent out on December 28th. My package did not leave California for another 2 weeks and just sat at their logistics agent's premises.
When I contacted their customer service for explanations, I was confronted with rude and careless attitude, never received an apology. They simply blamed their logistics agent, implied that I should contact them myself, and when I asked to explain the initial delays, my e-mails were simply ignored. 2 months have passed since placing the order and the package has barely reached country of destination within Europe.
I highly recommend them to stop pumping out new products, take some of that product development money and invest it in decent order fulfillment and customer service staff.
Finally, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from JSC.

Terrible company its fraud really…

In all hosety how does this company get away withtaking money most of it from teens like my grandaughter waited from october in the end we had a parcel had to pay 18 pounds for carridge the box surprise empty kept writing no answer
really this is stealing money from teenagers mostly i am appalled the companiy is allowed to contiue selling beware please as 50 pounds is alot to lose if its a teenagers pocket money
i am disgusted no phone number either to get any sence its a terrible company please use anyone but these thyey have no thought for the customers at all

Excellent

I ordered joggers , phone case and a makeup bag on the 6th of jan 2020 . The package arrived on the 16th of jan 2020 . Very impressed with quick delivery from USA to uk . I did have £25 customs tax to pay on top of shipping but worth it as a birthday treat for my daughter . Good quality items and nice packaging . Tracking was easy to use
