Still waiting - order placed 15th Dec. I appreciate soothing words - offer of free gift discount etc etc. . .but I would appreciate the order more.
Shame as there are other T shirts I would have ordered but sadly, not now

I placed my order and received very quickly. Within the 5-7 working days stated on the website which was great! Great quality tees. Only gave 4 stars as one tee was received without the back print on. I sent an email and Phil got back to me within 24 hours stating he would get a replacement sent out. Great customer service. So now I am waiting for the replacement and hopefully this comes just as quickly! Will definitely order again in future 😊

I put an order in on the 4th of January and received no correspondence. I sent an email asking if they could tell me when my package should be dispatched they said between 5-7 working days.
I sent another email on the 14th asking if there was an update and they told me it had been dispatched in a batch order and should be with me tomorrow and if not to contact them.
Next day came and went.
I had still not received a proper dispatch email or tracking number so it seems a bit fishy.
I emailed again asking for a tracking number and got a copy and paste response of the last email ignoring my questions.
It seems a lot of people on Reddit are requesting refunds straight from the bank as their communication is that bad.

my order was wrong and i got the wrong t shirt but they kindly sent me the right one when notified and told me to keep the wrong one bargin!

I placed an order on 7th December. After a week with no updates, I contacted customer service on 15th December and again on 20th before I eventually received a reply. I was told that my order wouldn’t arrive before Christmas due to some of the mystery box items being unavailable. They offered a choice to either wait until after Xmas with a £20 bonus gift incentive or have a refund so I agreed to wait until January, with shipping expected w/c 6th January.

Many email chases later, I was eventually told on 21st January that I would be refunded, but that never materialised and they went back to ignoring me. In the end I got a refund through my bank.

Had to wait slightly longer than I would have liked however I did order a week to Christmas, so I understand why it was delayed. I was kept upto date throughout the process however which was reassuring. Will definitely order again.

Great quality products and customer support was brilliant as my shirt was a little bit late because of the Xmas period (which was understandable) and gave me a free gift and replied to my email very quickly, I've recommended these guys to all my friends and my foo fighter shirt is amazing.

Little one is absolutely made up with the Eminem mystery box thank you very much will defo order again

Ordered a jumper for Xmas. Didn't arrive in time. Messages sent with no reply. Then said I would do a charge back. Got a reply straight away . Jumper arrived this past Friday.
Communication could be better.

Ordered a mystery box end of November. Still haven’t received it to this day. Got told that they don’t have the stock and waiting on it from the supplier. So why have it up for sale still? People are still going to buy it and you know you don’t have the stock so take it down. Disgraceful

Ordered late in the xmas period so had to wait for the warehouse to reopen this week, but when it did it came by today, Saturday. It's good quality material, hubby is well happy!

Ordering was simple and I was kept up to date on all steps from preparing shipment through to delivery, had some communication with Jelly frog and they were very helpful and replied promptly to my queries. The product I received (t shirt and hoodie) were just as pictured and described and of great quality. I will be giving them a recommendation to people I know looking for some great band merch :)

Order was delayed because Christmas holidays but they were very responsive when I emailed and sent it out asap after the festive period as promised!

Order placed easily but there wasn’t really any updates regarding dispatch. I emailed asking for updates and they were quick to reply but an auto update to say things were taking a while would have been helpful.

Excellent service and communication throughout. The products are excellent quality and I would highly recommend this company!
