SCAM

Bought a case on Feb 29th and still have not received it. I’ve asked for a refund numerous times with no response. This company is 100% a scam, do not buy from here.

Do not order!

I ordered 3 cases on March 20th, 2 as gifts. No email about shipment ever came, no response at all to my emails complaining about this. I can't find a phone number to call. Like others, I wish I had seen these reviews before they took my $60.

DO NOT USE

(110153) ordered weeks ago with no sign of anything. for a small order, nothing has be processed. i’ve requested a refund and order cancellation. wish i had looked at these reviews earlier…no products are getting shipped, and they are still taking our money!! give me my refund please!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I placed an order (#109687) on 3/9/24 and my order has still not been received or shipped. I have emailed them twice asking for an update, as well as DMing them on instagram. It’s now 3/24/24 and I have received nothing. I’m pissed. This company is very clearly a scam. Do not order from them unless you want to lose your money and never receive a product.

I am very unhappy with the customer…

I am very unhappy with the customer service at jelly cases. The only way to contact them is via email. I ordered my products on 2/16/2024 and emailed them on 3/4/2024. They responded that they will look into my order and will touch base with me. I requested an update on my order on 3/12/2024 since there was no response and until now I have not received any email on their behalf on my order.

NO STARS. 2 months delay. Cases never arrived.

Placed 2 orders last 11-Jan-24 (Orders#108354,108353) and still have not received up til now. I have reached out via email and have only received ONE response saying the below:

"We are really sorry if it took us so long to get a response for you. We're a little swamped at the moment but it's definitely no excuse in helping you in a timely manner.

I'm currently in touch with our shipping team to check the status of your order. I will provide you with an update as soon as possible."

I have requested for a refund multiple times over email and on IG. Heard nothing.

UPDATE: 26 March 2024
I have been refunded the whole amount today. Thanks, but still very disappointed at the fact that you will hear nothing from them and see no action until you post a bad review online. I encourage everyone looking for a refund to write a complaint on here.

Scam site

I blame myself for not checking the reviews before purchasing :(
I’m in the same boat as everyone else it seems - they took my money and didn’t ship out my order. I’ve contacted them multiple times and received no response. I’ve lodged a dispute with my bank and they are looking into it. Do not order from these scammers!!

Bought a case weeks ago

A month after I reported this case, I have been fully refunded.

So I am editing my case to this:
Mid February I bought a case from Jelly Cases, but unfortunately no tracking was shown on the account. Their customer care was polite, but took ages to respond to my follow up. After a lot of hassling on all their channels, 3 weeks later I was told my product was lost in shipping. I was refunded the whole amount 3 days ago.
