The worst customer experience I have…
The worst customer experience I have ever had. I'd ordered from Jelly Cases last year and loved the cover. So I ordered again. 6wks later still no cover, they don't respond to emails nor to Facebook messages. Finally someone replied and told me shipping had lost my order and they'd process a new one. Then again zero communication. So disappointing as I did like my first cover and didn't have an issue then. My advice? Don't order.

I never received my orders that I ordered since January!!! This company is ridiculous!! Very unprofessional! I sent emails and still haven’t received any response!! The phone number on their site doesn’t even work!! I was looking forward to getting my cases and received nothing!!! Beware!! I keep checking the tracking everyday and see no movement for orders 108703 and 108731!! This has been a huge disappointment!!
Update: As of today April 7th I still haven’t received my orders and have been contacted by the manager once. At this point I just want a full refund. Ive been patiently waiting too long since January and haven’t received any items.

paid and received no products close to 2 months now - no replies to emails - had to cancel my card fearing scam artists - orders 108422, 108423. March 30th, 2024 : still no product, no refund. Definitely scam website.
July 24, still no product. They even reply occasionally to an email to lift your hopes up... but they still never send anything. They just steal money.

last year i ordered two cases and after a couple of months i was still waiting for it too arrive. i then contacted them and all they said was that it was coming soon. i tried to track the order but every time i checked it said that the order still hadn’t started shipping over. after a couple more months with back and forth messages to the team, all of them saying that the order was ‘coming soon’, i finally gave up and tried to get a refund. i wasn’t even able to get a refund. the order never arrived and we never got our money back. very disappointed.
Possible scam site
As with other reviews, I placed an order on 5 February 2024 and received confirmation of my order. On 19 February, I contacted customer service via their contact form on their website, which states they reply within 1-3 days. Sadly, still heard nothing and yet payment for my order was taken from my mastercard account on 5 February 2024.
So I can only assume like others, this is possibly a scam site and would recommend not using.

Placed an order on 19 February and yet to hear any update from the company that the order is being prepared or shipped. Sent an email on 26 February, but am yet to hear from them. Think like everyone else on this site it is a scam company.

I never received my cases, ordered in November. I have received responses from “Mark” at Jelly cases. His responses all look computer generated. Do not trust this site..
Scam Website
Received an order confirmation email on December 10. Never received a shipment confirmation email. Order was supposed to be received in 5-10 business days, but never delivered. On January 15, I contacted them via their website (I had tried several times before, but so many pop ups appeared that it was nearly impossible to get to a place where I could communicate anything on their website). I received a ticket number for my complaint. Have not heard from them again as of February 25. This is a pure scam. Contacted the bank to dispute the charge.

This is my second review. 2 weeks after my first review, they emailed me saying the courier had misplaced it and that they were going to send me new cases. But ofcourse, the fraud company that they are, they have sent nothing!! I have emailed them multiple times asking for a tracking number but haven’t received any reply responses.I want my money back!

Total scam. Took my money, contacted me after a month to say the case would be arriving later than anticipated and subsequently have heard NOTHING. Twice in the last 6 months I've requested a refund and have heard nothing in return.
Don't waste your time.
Jelly Cases replied to my review 28 Feb 2024 stating they would process a refund that day. It is now 11 March 2024 and I have not yet received that refund.

I ordered my phone case back in September 2023. Its now February 2024 and no phone case or refund. Contacted the customer service and nothing. I keep checking the reviews on Trustpilot and negative reviews are being posted daily. This company has to be stopped! I need to investigate how to report them.
