Our sale assistant Richard, made our whole process of buying a car very easy for us. He treated us like family and helped us every step of the way. Providing us with all the information we needed and made the exchange as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Toyota jemca sidcup, and having Richard as your sales assistant. Everyone down to the managers were amazing. They will definitely be with us every step of our journey with our new car.

I don't usually do reviews but Jemca Toyota Sidcup deserves it. This is the third car I've bought from them. This time it's a New Chr Plug-in GR Sport 2.0. The car is beautiful, stunning looking. The interior looks expensive, beautiful seats, large screen. Smooth driving. You feel safe to drive in the motorway, in the city, everywhere because in terms of safety it has everything, you name it it's there. For this, even if it's a 2.0 car, I feel safe for my son as a young driver to drive it. The staff at Jemca Sidcup are always welcoming, kind and professional, sale and after sale. Especially Nico, I always ask for him. He is kind, patient and professional. From the test drive to the purchase everything always goes smoothly. He is always available for any request, very patient in explaining the instructions. His enthusiasm, his professionalism, his explanations convinced me to buy the New Chr. I advise anyone who wants to buy a car to first visit Jemca Sidcup

We selected Jemca Croydon to purchase our first vehicle in UK. I met raza there and he helped me a lot to find our first vehicle which suits to our budget and requirements. He helped me to clear the finance process and answered to all my crazy questions very patiently. Finally we got our car and after the purcase he helped me a lot to sorted out some isuues I had. Smooth experience from delivery to collection with a very thorough and professional breakdown of work completed and anything to note about my car. In a phrase, the quality of service is second to none.

Disappointing Customer Service - subscribed national servicing plan for my car from them and being advised that the policy detail issued from Emac. However, didn't receive any policy detail. Contacted their CS representative few times but somehow they're actively helping. Confirmed me that the info has been passed to Emac and asked me to contact Emac directly. If I need to contact Emac and resolve the issue myself, why do I still need Jemca CS team for helping on the servicing subscription? What their CS is going to assist?

Requested for tyre replacement availability and got replied that the availability info will be returned but not hear anything as promised. It's disappointing.

We went to Jemca as our first stop and we had Anthony, he was amazing! Very helpful, pulled out the cars, they even let you test drive alone as its more comfortable for you as a driver. They let us look over cars and did not smother us and they pulled out the ones we wanted so we had all the room to look around it :) I am sorry we couldn't buy one from here as there just was not one we wanted this time round, however I would 100% go back again :)
